I am very satisfied with Sanitairwinkel’s aftersales service. Bought bathroom furnishings from them more than 2 years ago and recently one of the taps started leaking due to issues with the mixer cartridge. A service request was submitted online and Judith reached out after a few days to inform that they will look for a solution, and she kept me informed throughout the process. A replacement cartridge came within a week and the leak is now fixed. Appreciate the help from Judith and the customer service team!

Great option to pick up things for the washroom. They have a range of accessories and bathroom ware. The website was easy to navigate and order from. I visited the store to pick up the BlueDiscs. The prices were the best I could find online after lots of research. I would recommend this place for sure. The staff are also very friendly both in person and on customer service.

We had a great experience with Sanitairwinkel. The selection is good, the prices are fair and the communication was timely. We knew when to expect our orders and things were delivered in line with the expectations that were set. When we needed to return or exchange things, it was easy and we got refunded quickly. The advice we got from Robert in the shop was great and he was extremely helpful with our orders and all of the deliveries.

Easy to make appointment and the consultant Robert was super friendly and knowledgeable. Showroom was of a high standard and they could accommodate the kids well. We were able to design , review pros cons of materials , color combinations etc... After some slight adjustments to the first offer we bought our bathroom from sanitairwinkel at a very good price.

He is a very kind and competent person, and has given me great advise and support throughout the (complicated) renovation project of my 2 bathrooms. He was always very responsive, collaborative and happy to take an extra step to provide a better service. Moreover, the products selected have good price-quality balance and Sanitairwinkel generally offered professional support through their call center.

I visited the shop wanting to buy some radiator valves. I was helped by the assistant in very friendly and professional manner. As the valves were not available in the stock, assistant suggested a shop nearby. They definitely think about their potential customer even if it's not beneficial to them

My husband and I bought most of our bathroom fixtures from here and were so happy with the quality and service. They have a great showroom but even bigger online selection, so we browsed the webshop first, and during our appointment, got everything in order. Allard helped us and was super - responsive and helpful. Very organized company!
