After a brand new delivery of a Canyon race bike, the gears were not setup properly. Reached out to these guys to see if they could squeeze me in and they fixed it whilst I grabbed a coffee round the corner. Super happy with the level of service and professionalism. Recommend them highly

I brought my new Canyon race bike to the shop for an adjustment of the gears, I was offered help on the spot, super efficient fix and I even left the shop with great recommendations for a bike fit. Amazing service. Will come back with my bike again!

The team at wheelrunner fixed my girlfriend's creaking bottom bracket (which required a somewhat specialty part for a touring bike) in less than two hours. We were on a long distance tour and discovered the majority of Amsterdam's bike shops serve city bikes and not racing bikes with gears. This shop went above and beyond with problem solving and service.

These guys know their stuff and are friendly and unpretentious. super busy but the do their best to look after you. Trusting a shop with your prized race bike is not a small thing - and you will be well looked after here. Great experience so far! (I have been to several bike shops in town and this are far and above the best)

The only place I have and will take my road bike in Amsterdam. These guys did a great job building my bike when I had it shipped from overseas and are very knowledgeable, fair with prices, and unpretentious (even for those of us who don’t know as much as we should about bikes living in Holland). This is a great LBS with friendly, knowledgeable people willing to go the extra mile. Bas is a solid mechanic that knows what he is doing and does the job right. Remember when you support you Local Bike Shop you are supporting the community!

Really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, I was on pinch/urgency with my disc brakes while traveling, and they help me and actually when above and beyond and service actually both brakes and tune some other parts that weren't properly setup, I really recommend.

Good service, very knowledgeable. Had my Zipp wheels serviced, run very smooth again. Guess they earned their name. ;) Don't hesitate to bring your precious high end bike here.

Great place to bring your high end bikes for maintenance and an even better place if you want to build a bike and need professional advice from the most friendly bike enthusiasts in town. Highly recommended
