It is not difficult to rent a car through app or website and the cars are generally in good condition. The price construction is attractive, low hourly rate plus an amount per km including fuel. The more you drive, the more you pay. Refueling is easy with the fuel card. There are several cars in my neighborhood within walking distance and almost all of them have a designated parking spot.

I am happy with MyWheels particularly because there are quite some electric cars around my place and their price is much more reasonable than the other competitors without being asked for a deposit. That makes me feel like driving their electric cars more often.
My first three experiences with MyWheel's electric car was just wonderful. Their app is simple and easy to use. You get even car specific instruction of basic usage, and that helped me to drive an electric car for the first time.
Only one downside of share car is that the cars are not always clean. I could report to MyWheels but for that ride I had to clean by myself so that I can go driving comfortably with my family. I wish MyWheels develops some kind of system to keep the car clean or incentivise users to keep the car clean.
Last but not the least, I was very happy with their customer service when I forgot my personal belongings in the car. It looks somehow to me that they can't do much once you finish and I wasn't sure if they can help me at all when I called the kind of emergency-only-use-number (there is no instruction for the situation you realised later that you left your personal belongings in the car). But it turned out that they were very helpful and no problem getting my stuff back.

If you spend 10 minutes of your time comparing price and quality before renting a car again you’ll find out that MyWheels has to be the best offer in the market. Cars are new and clean, tank refill is free, easy pickup with the app and definitely a lot of available cars.. you might have one outside your door (like me). On top all that you have 100 km of free driving a day, If you don’t use it all you get some money back. I know Dutchies like that 😊😊

We were 'forced' to use a car very last minute, because our train was cancelled. The website of MyWheels was so user friendly that we were driving in the car within 12 minutes. And we didn't even have an account beforehand! When we got back the parking spot of the car was taken. We called MyWheels and someone helped us within 1 minute. Very positive experience! We will use MyWheels more often for sure.

It’s honestly like owning a car but only during the renting hours. No need to worry about car insurance or car taxes - it’s all included.
I love the flexibility, being able to just log on to the app find an available car nearest to you and reserve it.
I also love the prices and that all the fees such as a downpayment is already included

One thing i do hate is that it’s not possible to return the car anywhere. It’s not like the scooters where a service area is provided and can return the car wherever

I've used MyWheels 3 times and I highly recommend them. Yes, MyWheels can be expensive for whole - or multiple - day hire but in fact, you only pay for the time and distance that you need a MyWheels car.

The MyWheel app, in-car instructions and remote support by telephone are all excellent. Everything went as clockwork until I once got locked out of my car (later than my reserved time) while 'filling up'. One phone call unlocked the car remotely and extended my reserved time,.

I drove a Mywheels E-car for the first time last week. Again, the instructions on-line and in-car were crystal clear. If I had any questions, I could phone the support desk.

I don't own a car but for the times I need one, MyWheels is a great option!

Great service with their cars! Fantastic customer service if you have any kind of troubles. Second time we had an issue and second time they fixed it straight away coming up with the best option they could think of 🙏

Great service, low rates and very convenient booking process. Specially love the customer service that gives non-dutch speakers the option to choose English to continue. Extending the current trip via the app is a bit unintuitive and not obvious, would be great if that can be improved

I really like this service and cars, and finally we have electric car rental in Weesp. I cannot call it car sharing as you need to leave the car in the same area where you get it that crashes the main car sharing idea. It would be really helpful if we have more cars in Weesp and not only in Weespersluis zone.

This is the best experience in renting a car I had so far.
The only thing which still requires improvement is English support.
Even if I change my language from Dutch to English, most of the messages during check-in and check-out are in Dutch.

I live in Amersfoort and today I have completed my third trip with my wheels, it is so convenient, easy and suitable. I recommend everyone to use this amazing service, and I hope they provide me some discount code as I already completed my third trip😅😅

Really convenient. Find the app a bit buggy. But its easy to use the website version instead. Much less hassle then using a ‘normal’ car hire company.

MyWheels proved to be a very easy, service-friendly and affordable way of commuting in The Hague for us. I'm sure we will be making use of its services much more often.

The electric car is brilliant, it's always charged and parked where I can find it. The service is always available if I have problems and very friendly.

Was some issues with rental of car but customer service eventually picked up on it and really acted well, glad to see it.
