Love this bookstore! It’s small and cute. The shop has a collection on local Amsterdam architecture which is super interesting. Lots of English books, some older ones as well. I got a discounted book from the basket. It’d better to have more books on sale.

A small but large bookstore in catalogue. With all the books you can imagine about architecture, cities and botanic. Even if you are not a lover of this reading, it is impossible not to leave there with a book under your arm.

Lovely selection of books on architecture, urban design, ecology, and better yet, their intersections. Small store with lots of great books and very friendly service.

Best bookshop in town for architecture and nature related books. Great selection and helpful staff aware of what's in the shelf. Books are at ground and mezzanine level. If you look for one of the latest architectural publications, most likely you will find it here. Prices seem good in comparison to other retailers. Good service for home delivery too.

This beautiful book store specialising in architectural, design, gardens, interior design, natural history, photography and urban planning publications, many of which are in the English language, has been around for some 80 years and is considered to be among the best of its kind in Europe.

The store also functions as its own publishing house and has a wonderfully curated selection of books spread throughout the premises with a magnificent surrounding upper floor internal balcony. This place is a real treat for book worms, architects and design lovers who can spend hours browsing through the various publications on offer. Staff here are very knowledgeable and chances are they can assist in finding exactly what you are looking for. Great place for a visit, even if to just soak up the atmosphere.

Very nice bookstore. An atmosphere that is cosy and seems to be reminiscent of earlier days. Their offer is amazing, and beyond that. You will probably leave this place with a book you didn't even know would be interesting for you. (focus: architecture, landscape arch, urbanism)

An absolute pearl among bookstores
THE place to go for each book-lover. The specialization leads to an amazing choice of extraordinary books. We could spend hours there and bought some wonderful books there.

This shop has an extensive stock of architecture, nature, and landscape texts ranging from theory to monographs. Two floors of material, mostly in English. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Along with the Stedelijk's and the Het Nieuwe Instituut's (formerly NAI) bookshops, this is a "must visit" store if you're shopping for books on these topics.
