Bogi, Aleksandra, Rolando, and John were incredibly accommodating, warm, and overall helpful! Bogi and John patiently went through the different lines and provided detailed information that helped me choose the perfect Brompton for my needs. While Aleksandra and Rolando offered tips on how to take care of the bike to ensure it stays in top condition. While Bromptons are known for their high quality, the staff's expertise and helpfulness made my purchasing experience one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the market for a Brompton.

I really like the store! Don't let the pictures confuse you, they changed venues to a store three doors down but the previous one still has some brompton decoration so it is a bit confusing. The service was really good, they were very patient with all my questions and explained everything really well for me. Also, if you are looking for special edition bikes from Brompton they also order them as they come out so you can come to see them in person and even buy them here if you fall in love with them. They sell accessories for the bike like bags, lights, back racks, and even clothing, mostly rain coats and windproof jackets. Overall I am really happy with me experience with the store and the stock they manage. The bike I got is a Cloud Blue and I love it.

Excellent service. Amazing selection of bags as well. Very friendly staff. We were able to hire a couple of high quality Bromptons for less than old bikes from hire shops. We took them on the train to Delft for the day (no charge), and the staff in museums and cafes looked after them for us.

I went in with my trusted but battle-weary seven-year-old Brompton to look at the lovely bikes and came out with my own bike that now feels like new. They fixed a squeak that's been plaguing me for ages. With a smile and clear, relevant info, so that I am now a bit less ignorant ! Will be back as soon as I visit Amsterdam again.

Amazing experience here yesterday when Alberto the store mechanic saved my afternoon and possibility of making my 16:25 Eurostar with a working bike after the pivot screw sheared off completely. Amazing service and really nice guy - thanks very much!!!

Some very kind people who try to solve your problems. I needed a screw that I couldn't find in any Brompton store. They did everything possible to leave them with a solution for my project.

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful! From bikes to recommending places for eating cakes. We rented bikes here that are clean and well maintained, like new. Store has all latest bikes for sale. Brompton attracts attention even in city which is full of bikes. Overall great experience not to be missed. Thanks again

I visited the Brompton Junction in Amsterdam, located on one of the "9 little streets" a short walking distance from the Anne Frank House. I came in to look around with my own Brompton. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I was inquiring about the electric Brompton and was immediately offered a test ride. I went back 10 days later to look at Brompton bags and received the same excellent knowledgeable service. Also, this shop participates in the TaxFree shopping, so if you're thinking of purchasing a Brompton, you could save 21% sales tax if you're not an EU citizen. The staff will let you know how to proceed; basically, when you're leaving the Netherlands at the airport, you will have to show the TaxFree office the goods and submit the receipt and form provided by the shop, and eventually, you will receive a tax refund. I just returned to the shop to have some work done on my bike, the work was done promptly, done well and the labor cost was very reasonable. Excellent service befitting the excellent bikes and accessories sold here.

Accidentally bumped into this Brompton Junction while visiting Amsterdam. Visiting the shop was such a treat. It has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and is especially good if you are new to Brompton bikes. I ended up getting my first Brompton here. A shout out to the staff, especially Andrea and Ben who helped answer my questions during the many visits before I eventually decided to make a purchase ;-)

If your going to hire a bike then this should be the only place you get your bike from. Open it, fold it, take it with you everywhere you go and you don't need to leave it outside no where 😎😎😎 Happy days
