I recently had a fantastic experience at here. The staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I walked in with a bike issue, and they immediately jumped into action, fixing it with speed and expertise. It was such a relief to have my bike back in working order so quickly, thanks to their efficient service.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of bike repairs or assistance. Five stars all the way!

Quick service, good bikes and good prices!

Super nice & quick fix of my front and back lights. The gentleman figured it was just a matter of fallen batteries so I didnt need to buy the whole new light. Most importantly, all was done in 5min (when other stores were trying to schedule such minor fix over a whole day, leaving me without a bike). Thank you! :)

Not sure how or why this guy is getting bad reviews, I've had the best service the 2x I've been there. He did a full refurbish on an old race bike for me and while was ordering in the new parts and fixing my bike, gave me a bike for free to ride while mine was in the store. Also, when I got the bike back, he had fixed a few things for free, oiled chain etc. etc. He's from Bulgaria, so maybe his demeanour seems unfriendly, but I would completely recommend using these guys for repairs or rental. Epic service.

Great service! The guys are very good and get things done quickly. I even got minor things fixed without being charged.

Read through some reviews and yeah some don't sound good but they were good with us. 5 of us wanted to rent bikes no problem, he even did us a deal on the newer bikes because we had a mix of old and new one. A deposit and passport was held but if as other comments say you need to have documents on you at all times..You have an id card in Europe or your driving license..
We didnt have a problem with them and though the bikes were well maintained and they were very fiendly down to earth guys.

Honest, quick and easy bike service. Actually charged me less than quoted as the issue was not as bad as originally thought. 1 day turn around. 10/10

I recommend this shop either for bike rental (Amsterdam market price for bikes with a better quality than elsewhere in Amsterdam) or for bike repair (cheaper than others shops in Amsterdam and complete overhaul of my bike without asking)! Friendly staff and open until 19:00 from Monday to Friday.

Had a very good experience. The prices are good, but the service was very good. The guy there was helpful and very competent… this kind of customer is seldom in Amsterdam.

Visited this store on impulse quite late in the day. Needed four bikes, two adults, two kids. The staff were happy to fit and adjust and were friendly and competent. No problems with bikes, fees or returns.

I had a minor bike accident and after being rejected by other bike repair shop, I had the luck to end up here. The owner not only was extremely kind and sympathetic, but also fixed my bike on the spot for free. Cannot recommend this place more.
