Great service! I strongly recommend this place. Whatever you wish to fix on your bike here you will find the solution. The most important is that if it's something that can be fixed easily they can fix it for you at the spot. Also the person who is responsible for the place advised me on what I can do to maintain the condition of my bike. I tried different places but such a wonderful help I didn't meet anywhere else. Thank you once again!

Very nice shop, I could bring my bike immediately and he fixed the bike problem inside one hour for a normal price. Definitely recommend this shop.

The best thing about this place is Frans laughs, there is nothing better than his attention and good humor, where he makes you feel that it is worth visiting this place to buy or repair your bike.

The BEST bike shop in Amsterdam by far. Nicest people and great service

My bike was badly damaged from a crash. Both wheels were bent and useless. I went to another bike shop who told me it would cost €120 to get it fixed, and after a week they still hadn’t started on my bike. I then tried another bike shop who rejected me and said it was worth getting a new bike and mine wasn’t fixable. After this I found Fietsenzaak, I went in, they were instantly nice to me, and said come back in 2 hours and we will have it done for you. I came back and it was finished perfectly and even better it was so much cheaper than any other shop. Instead of €120 I payed €40. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND A BIKE SHOP MORE!!! thank you

Super nice man, was very helpful despite me not speaking dutch. Fixed my bike chain in under 5 minutes and gave me a very fair price. Would reccomended :)

This is so far the best bike repair shop I have visited since I moved to the Netherlands. Frans is attentive and friendly, we had a lovely chat while he was taking care of my bike. The prices will melt your heart if you are a student.

I don’t normally review publicly, but reviews got me here and this place truly deserves one! Frans fixed my bike right away, had a nice conversation, and for the lowest price I have yet seen in Amsterdam. Highly recommend! Don’t get fooled into the much more commercial bike shop on the corner of the same street, walk 30 more seconds and you’ll find Frans’ small shop.

Best service! The key broke in the bike lock and they didn’t try to sell me a new lock. They sawed off the lock and fixed a new lock in and took care of the flat tire in just 2 hours! Amazing service, really friendly and nice!

Absolutely recommend. The service was very fast and he did it on the stop. I went there to get a new chain for my bike, and it was the lowest price I've found in Amsterdam.

They always sell decent bikes at decent prices at the Lindengrachtmarkt on Saturdays. The sturdy locks are also very reasonably priced. Service wise we also got very good help with a smile which always is worth a little extra.

They had my bike fixed within a couple hours and charged me a very fair rate. They didn't try to upsell or force other repairs down my throat which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend them
