Lovely find 😊 Felt very welcome and the food and local brew was absolutely delicious! Really great place to unwind and feel cosy too 😊

Friendly staff and a bit out of the tourist center, so not as crowded as other local pubs. Some outside seating alongside canal and small road, live music performers were playing when we were starting dinner.

Perfect little canal side cafe. They have a nice menu selection with some pretty amazing sandwiches.

The wait staff is very pleasant. They accept credit cards as well. Comfortable seats and all.

Parking is limited. But who am I kidding. If you are reading this review you probably did not drive a car to this location.

But great spot to watch the boats go by!

Realy nice place. The service is very friendly and welcoming. Great for a drink. Should put numbers in the tables outside, to help on the payment.

It is a very pretty cafe with super friendly staff! We have been here twice on our trip to Amsterdam because of how welcoming the atmosphere is.

The drinks are super delicious too. I have tried the hot chocolate, mimosa, cappuccino, and Heineken so far. I would recommend the mimosas.

Also, it is seriously a picturesque cafe! It gives me 50s vibes with how its decorated.

Overall 10/10. I am not disappointed having spent money here :-) <3

So glad we stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant / bar.
Initially we stopped in for a beer and 3 hours later we'd had alot of beers and a lovely lunch on the canal side.
The staff are extremely polite and welcoming and the table and chairs out the front get the sun most of the day. It is amazingly well priced for food and drink so I do highly recommend you visit, spend some time winding down by the water side and watching the boats pass by.
I have a great memory of a lazy afternoon here now.

The staff were very friendly and the gluhwein was excellent! Fantastic cosy atmosphere in the café and we could see lots of people enjoying the freshly prepared food over lunch into teatime. Highly recommend a visit 😊

We had just arrived in town and found this place a few blocks from the Anne Frank Museum. My dad said he enjoyed his beer and we ate a few of their appetizers. They had outdoor seating available as well, so you could take in views of the canals while enjoying your drink and food. The bitterballen and cheese platter were very good and filling. The service we received was spectacular. I don't drink, so I was thankful for the recommended local alternative. A grown man drinking European strawberry milk in a bar...I felt like a boss!

Love this place. It was right near the apartment where I was staying. Guy buying the bar is helpful with both food and drink. He even stayed open for us to grab a quick drink! Decent guy! Choice of drinks seems endless. Awesome views of the canal if sat outside. Clean and well decorated inside.

Small intimate with solid good food, not so much on the "tourist" hot list (thank whoever). Our 3rd time and most likely will see a 4th time next year. Recommend!
