Brouwerij Troost Westergas

Very nice organic beers and the best home-made vegan burger I've ever had were enough to make me love this place. The fries were amazing too. I'd make the environment just a little lighter, it's pretty dark in there. :)

Great place to sit down, cosy atmosphere and have a beverage and dinner with friends. The staff were really lovely, Jorn was exceptional with his welcoming attitude and recommendations. I had the Ravioli and Galipette Cider, both were delicious and satisfying.

We had a great time at Troost. Sort of a last minute decision to go here and we're glad we did. The staff was super nice and the beer was delicious. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try the food.

Great organic beers, great service. We had our own private tab which was actually very good value, and fun. The food is all veggie but very very good. Thoroughly recommend this place especially after and afternoon in the park.

The place offers own beers. I tried the brown ale and liked it. The classic burgers are not healthy but very yummy. There is actually a good menu to order for lunch and dinner. I liked the electric heated cushions on the benches. I didn't like that the place still allows smoking on the outdoor place. Staff is very attentive and frandly.

Vast choice of beer and meals. The bugers are delicious and the sweet potatoes fries simply amazing. There is a large choice available for vegetarians people.

After visiting fabrique des lumières at the weekend, we sat to have a bite. I tried bitterballen for the first time and it was really good. There was also their own craft beer tasting and I'm a bit sad that I missed experiencing it and the architecture of the interior, so see you next time🍻

Great vibes, we did the tour and definitely recommend! Fantastic tour guide, she was really knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions and provide us with heaps of information which was super interesting! The beer tastes amazing 👏

If you're looking to give your teeth a break from chewing, look no further. The spare ribs at this place are so fall-off-the-bone soft that you'll only need your gums to to eat this meat. I barely got to taste the food since I inhaled everything, but I'm sure it was delicious and worth coming to again if I'm ever back in Amsterdam.

A great bar to have a burger with some beers. The service is nice, they made a mistake with our order and they were nice and gave us a free round of drinks. The fries are super nice

Walked in on a rainy Saturday to get dry with the family, including 3 year old. They were booked up but managed to get us a table for us for 30 minutes. The beer and service were great. Only issue was the club tropicana I ordered was a sour beer (I hate sour beer) not the ipa I am used to in the uk. My mistake not theirs! The dark beer was great. Highly recommend but book if you can.

What a gem!! Found it by accident after our visit to Fabrique des Lumiéres and WOW!! The place was packed!!! But the vibe was great! If you love beer and gin this brewery/bar is a very cool spot to hang out and meet new people! We tried the Troost Cucumber Gin (They make their own gin from beer?! Cool! There is lil bg behind their gin as well if you want to learn more) and an espresso Martini and they were very different but very good and strong! The interior is very cool you can see the brewery part as well, you can find games there and the little yard is great for a summer afternoon! Definitely coming back here!

I just spontaneously enter the brewery. Amazing place. Taste of the beer i drank was phantastic. Didnt eat anything but surely be good. Open kitchen, cannot be bad quality.

Absolutely loved this place.

They do quite a big range of beers and a lot of them were great - New England IPA was my favourite, the Pilsner is also very nice. All the brewing vessels are inside to have a quick look at and reassure you that it really is a brewery.

The food was excellent - we all had burgers, they were all delicious.

It's quite big so there's lots of space to sit, and the covered outdoor seats were really nice to sit at when it was threatening to rain. They take reservations so for a big group that would be worth doing.

Love the atmosphere, their own brewed beer (honingblond, the best one) and I actually really enjoyed the vegan burger they have together with the sweet potatoe fries :)

It’s the best hamburger I’ve ever had in Amsterdam ! I had the classic burger, accompanied with sweet potato fries. It was just excellent. The waitress was very nice, who explained to us patiently their speciality. And the outside terrace was perfect for a sunshine day. In short, five stars !

Awesome beers, nice burgers an the traditional dutch snacks, what else would I want? The service is great and the staff is very frindly. Don't miss the opportunity of indulging yourself.
