PREMIER SUITES Amsterdam

We had a great experience at Premier Suites! Very clean rooms, spacious, nice comfy beds. Front desk was very friendly and helpful and made some good local coffee and food recs. Close to the tram station. You can't ask for more. Would totally stay here again.

Very convenient. The tram is next door. The room is big with kitchen ware. Located in a good location. Not too crown but not too quiet.

Overall a very positive experience. The location was great. I have to specially mention the receptionist Carlhai. She was exceptional. When we arrived due to some miscommunication we had our room cancelled. She went out of her way to help us and finally was able to accommodate us. Cheers Premium Suites. Your employees are fab.

I've rented 2 bedroom suite. The rooms are clean with high ceiling. View from windows at night is fantastic. Beds are just right softness. Special kudos to the reception team. They are very helpful. There is an underground parking garage. You have to book it in advance. The entrance is from the backward street. Internet works. Fridge is quite spacious and has small freezer. I highly recommend this place.

Had a nice stay here. They operate a bit differently, and had different standards than other hotels and serviced apartments that i ever stayed, but the ladies at reception were very helpful.
Kwantha, Francescha, Lindsey and Laura to name a few.
If you need their early check in feature like i did, make sure to contact them beforehand, i couldnt get it at the end.
I love their location, not exactly in the city but close enough and great access by tram, metro, and trains.
Another plus point is their bed, very comfortable and clean towels too.

Note:
The front road had a construction going at the time of my stay, but they have a back door access, so if you're planning to stay here, you can call the hotel to let you in through that door. Hope this help!

I first want to mention the super helpful staff. It was smooth process both for checking in and checking out. One evening my travel buddy asked for additional coffee pods. They didn't have the decaf version downstairs at the time. The front desk person Jeremiah said he would go look for them and bring them up to our room later. And sure he did! All the way up to our 12th floor room. I think that really went beyond my expectation.
We also had asked Jeremiah a couple of questions, and he answered in good details.

OK. Location-wise, it's not downtown I know. But it's already reflected in the pricing. It's actually closer to the Station Zuid than I thought. With our pace, and taking a shortcut by turning right immediately after getting out of the Metro station (walk along the railway tracks, not in between buildings,) we cut the walking time to less than 10 minutes. We even got an early check-in on the day of our arrival. All I needed to do is to sign up to become a member. That was super helpful to us! We got some rests early in the day, and was able to make a pretty much a full day of exploration afterwards.

They have quite a few appliances. Those are very helpful. I would add one recommendation though -- perhaps add a microwave oven. (There is a regular oven, but I don't think there was a microwave. At least that that I could find or figure out.)

Like I said, I'm happy with Premier Suites. It was one of the reasons our two-day Amsterdam stay is just going to be a memorable one for a long time to come.

Best option for someone who is bored of the routine hotels and yet needs a good place to stay in Amsterdam. The rooms are super clean and the staff is super friendly and very helpful who also help you with ordering food. 5 mins from the railway station and right opposite to the tram stop. Lots of restaurants nearby to the hotel to try out. Would definitely recommend them.

Great reasonably priced apartment hotel in the Zuidas. Stylish and very comfortable rooms with high quality beds and showers. TVs have Chromecast. Kitchens in suites are fully equipped with combi washer/dryers. You also have access to the large Train More gym in the same building. Will definitely stay here again on business trips back to Amsterdam.

Home away from home. Stayed for 2 months and the surrounding area is the best location to travel around Amsterdam. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and nice view too

Been here for a month and the rooms are super spacious and I got the view of the A10 highway so the night time view is amazing!

It’s an amazing service apartment to live in. Everything is amazing. Parking will cost at least 25€/24hr , which is quite high.
