Adriaen Van Ostade B&B

Was initially staying in the city center in a hotel and was so glad by a stroke of circumstance I had to move to this Bnb. Immediately the surroundings were quieter and I felt a sense of peace stepping into the Top Room of the Bnb. It was also a hop away from the Metro station at De Pijp. So convenient!

Jasper was also super friendly, and made sure I was well fed throughout with egg, sandwiches, juices, milk, all sorts of things in the fridge. It was so cozy and smelt of laundry. Jasper also was kind enough to help me with laundry. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay! It was really my sanctuary 👍

We have stayed at Adriaen van Ostade B&B for three night and would highly recommend this place. Jasper is a great and very responsible host. Our room was clean and fridge was refilled with fruits,cheese, soft drinks, beers and sandwiches daily. Nespresso machine with caps was the great addition.

As many other reviwers mentioned the steps to the third/fourth floor are very steep. Was't the issue for us. Jasper took care of all our heavy bags and lifted them to the room.

Location is quiet, safe, close to Subway and at a walking distance to many attractions

I stayed 5 nights in the Balcony Room in June. It's a large room with lovely balcony to soak up some sun, in a quiet area where bird sounds replace traffic noise. Jasper is an amazing host - he couldn't be more friendly and helpful - down to providing really useful information on get to get there in the most direct and least stressful way. The food in the fridge is an included bonus.

Jasper is a wonderful host, even though this is a B&B without a breakfast, he prepared a great breakfast for us which helped to start the day. Spacious room with a kitchen area. Very quiet. The apartment is at a walking distance from the Museum District. There are tens of restaurants in the area.

De Pijp is an incredible location to stay - especially if you’re looking to get away from the hustle of Amsterdam Central. Great restaurants around and so close to the train which is about a 5 minute ride to the central station!

Jasper was a superb host and this is a great place to stay. De Pijp is a lovely area of Amsterdam, far enough from the crowds but will still plenty going on and easy to walk to the museums. The fully stocked fridge with wine and beer as well as snacks is a great touch. it was very comfortable. Highly recommend

Amazing host. We had a perfect stay. The stairs were a little bit scary, but Jasper was a fantastic help and comfort to us.

A typically charming Dutch house with a clean and inviting interior. We were greeted by the most friendly and warm host who didn't hesitate to help with visit suggestions and printing facilities for our online museum booking. I would highly recommend this quiet yet central to places to visit place to stay. Just mind the steep stairs and you will more than enjoy your stay in this beautiful and hospitable city.

whatever you can think of, this room is provided with it, including welcome food. Also the small balcony with attention to detail. Fantastic cleaning.A great experience also thanks to the kindness of the owners.Highly recommended.

Excellent area to stay.

Great place! Loved the room and the breakfast. We were welcomed with cheese, wine and beers! The location is good as well, very close to the metro and tram. Really recommend it.
