We loved our stay here! The atmosphere was great. Very funky and hip. Lots to see everywhere you go. Lots of dining options and we loved the first floor seating area (although it was extremely dirty when we went one evening). The free hot beverages were a welcome treat after coming back from the cold. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. We loved the kettle, plates and cups too in the Danish style. My only concern is the mugs were very hard to hold drinking tea because there is no handle. The location was great super close to the metro. Would definitely stay again thank you!

Great hotel! Not super central but very well positioned near stations for metro, tram, and train.

The presidential suite is one of the most impressive hotel suites I’ve ever been to. The view that you have at both floors is incredible and the hotel staff is extraordinary great! It’s definitely not cheap with about 2000€ / night but it is 100% worth the money!
A whirlpool for the observatory area is the only thing that would make the suite any better, but also without a whirlpool it’s a 10/10
The AC didn’t work when we arrived and until the technician fixed the problem the reception got us an Dyson hot and cool which was really nice.

Awesome! Loved the lobby candy (and espresso), my husband loved it even more! Great idea to offer drink vouchers in exchange for skipping daily room cleanings. Only thing I could have asked for (which most hotels don’t offer) is a cheap way to do laundry myself (that also accepts card payment). That would be a true service to guests.

Another weekend in Amsterdam - and another stay in this lovely hotel. Super convenient when you are arriving from Germany by car. You can easily park in the garage and switch to Metro which is just a couple of minutes walking distance away. Service is always super friendly and breakfast just awesome. Thanks again for another comfortable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this nhow hotel, Ollie (my dog) received a really warm welcome by the hotel (photos attached), it was very thoughtful.

Throughout my entire stay the staff members were helpful, friendly and overall just amazing. The room was comfortable and quiet as well, if you’re missing anything in the room you could easily get it delivered too.

The hotel is located near the metro station as well as Tram line 4 (direct to the central station), all in all an incredible place to stay.

Upscale hotel right next to the RAI convention center, which clearly shows in the clientele. Rooms are nice and spacious. Standouts include a selection of complementary candy in the lobby and a truly excellent breakfast buffet. You can make your own Bloody Mary if you want to! You should probably save that for the last day if you are going to a conference however. Nice gym with a view as well.

The cocktail bar on the top floor had a nice atmosphere.

Very close to RAI train station & expo centre, easy access into centre of city by metro.
Room was very comfortable, had a coffee machine & kettle.
Staff were very efficient, the app was great for ordering extra towels etc and it all arrived very swiftly. Bar was good with good selection of drinks & snacks. Breakfast was excellent and well worth having.

All in all, it was a nice experience for us. It's very close to public transport, near the metro, train station, and shuttle bus point. The hotel facilities, including restaurants, gyms, and reception, are good. However, the only downside is that the room decorations are a bit odd, with a large picture behind each bed, which is unsettling. Additionally, the bathroom has a strange smell. The prices of drinks in the bar are excessively high, and overall, the hotel itself is a bit pricey.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are super cool. Check was great and the lobby was also very fun. Free sweets at reception and a 24hr shop with everything you’d ever need. Great public transport links but the only way to do it is BIKE (but double the cost at the hotel so go elsewhere)

We can only recommend this hotel to everyone, this is our third time here and everything is perfect. Above all, the cleanliness and hygiene are outstanding, very nice service and beautiful rooms. We had booked a different hotel this year just to try something new, but there were unacceptable conditions in this hotel, which is why we spontaneously booked a room with Nhow. Despite the spontaneous demand and occupancy, we were warmly welcomed. Super nice location and great little touches like a small snack bar in the lobby, that you can go to at any time to buy snacks and drinks.
We just love it here !

Conveniently located with 5mins from the train stop that's near Airport (20mins). Great view as well as its one of the highest building in that area. Room is good and free treats at door. Fast internet, and smooth checking in/out. Upon knowing its our honeymoon, they even dropped a surprise on the table with treat and card with well wishes :) Lovely!

Great, quiet and quirky hotel next to Amsterdam RAI with excellent transportation links to the city centre and the airport. Good sized rooms with some nice decoration. Beds are comfortable. Restaurant and bar onsite with great food and cocktails. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I would love to everyone helped me during my stay in this hotel. Two managers( Vivian& Maria I believe I spelled it right) Son( front Desk person), and other people. Not only this hotel has a good location near Metro, sprinter, and walking distance to De Pijp, but also they care about customers/ people. I can’t be more grateful for what helped they have provided. Because of them I was able to continue my journey. 🫶

Lovely hotel, a bit quirky. Very clean and eco friendly. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Some nice touches, you get a free drink if you let them know you don't need your bedroom serviced and there is a selection of sweets (candy) available.

Conveniently located near stations and you can get to the centre of the city in 10 minutes. Very trendy hotel, clean with a very nice rooftop restaurant. Awesome views.

5 star review for a 5 star hotel. We held a meeting here, in what was one of the most picturesque meeting rooms I have been in. The hotel was faultless, staff always on hand to help. Great rooms, great location. Would recommend for business or pleasure, and the park nearby is great for an early morning run. Even if it was -5 deg C. Transport links are also excellent, making getting to of from the airport, or Amsterdam downtown, very straight forward.

The best customer service ever from Nick- Guest relations ! This person has one of the best customer service in hospitality! He helps me with my booking process with my request and i am very excited to stay in this hotel in the next weeks ! The GM and the company should be proud to have an employee like Nick from Guest relations! I am the hotel manager as well and customer service is the most important for me and Nick he deserves this review. I hope i will have a great stay in this hotel because my friend recommended to me ! So much to say!!! From the bottom of my heart thank you!! Everyone was so kind and helped me after I had an ordeal in another city. They were warm and friendly. Alberto took care of me and made sure things were ok despite all the mishaps I was having with my travels. This hotel is immaculate. The attention is detail is what stands out. Every quote you read is inspiring. Chef Nick does an outstanding spread for breakfast. It’s almost like a brunch. Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar!! Wow. This is by far the best breakfast at any hotel I’ve had. Such great healthy options. Also, the staff in the restaurant were so attentive and friendly. As a solo traveler thank you again for making my stay extra special.
