we went on sunday to enjoy the historic tram ride. It starts from 11am till 5pm and runs every 30 mins till Amstelveen. You'll love the old interior and the ride with a conductor on board which gives you punched paper tickets. Driver is really friendly and tells you everything about the tram. It was a 107 yrs old tram gifted by prague to Amsterdam. It is 5€ for one way and 7€ for return.

Visited on sunday as we want to do enjoythe tram ride. It starts from 11am till 5pm and runs every 30 mins till Amstelveen. You'll love the old interior and the ride with a conductor on board which gives you punched paper tickets. Driver is really friendly and tells you everything about the tram. I really enjoyed asking I’m a load of questions about how it is run. They are very old and rather rough but that is really the charm. Reasonably priced absolutely worth it!

Afterwards we ordered coffee and a snack and wondered through the small bookstore and loved all the ild postcards etc. Not the fanciest museum but it is very nice and worth the time of visit

Stunning collection of beautifully renovated (mostly) Dutch trams. The volunteers are very motivated and knowledgeable and the Sunday tram rides take you to Amstelveen + the Amsterdamse Bos which are great to visit. Also worth mentioning is the incredible collection of (sometimes vintage) train and tram-related books and magazines that are on sale.

Totally awesome if you love old trams. My toddler was not into it (though he is a train fanatic) so maybe older kids (10 y.o was ecsatic)

Nice. We went with our kids, had lunch in Amstelveen and took the tram back. Friendly staff, very professional and knowledgeable. At 5,50 euro return fare a really budget friendly activity.

A fun experience with lots of historic trams. Trams leave every 30 minutes, for a one hour round trip.

If you're into historic trams, this is a great experience. The people who operate them are all volunteers and clearly love what they do.

very underrated museum.
It takes you on a journey out of Amsterdam into the quieter and more relaxed Amstelveen, past all kinds of beautiful parks

Really nice drive with a historic tram along the Amsterdam forest. They are a driving only museum and it is great to combine with a walk in the forest.
