Feesten, een hele grote feest bouwen! Familie, vrienden, buren en collega's uitnodiegen erger nog voor my nu dode partner zijn family, vrienden en collega's ook uitnodigen! Dus ja verzekeren de premies zijn de geld waard want de kosten voor die feest gaat uit de pan vliegen. Afd. Verzekering bedankt voor de mailtje mij motivatie is nu verzekerd

Very friendly service by one of the officials. On entrance one official, not available due to a private chat. The two customers had to wait until she had finished her phonecall.

After losing my pass and pincode, it takes two weeks to get access to my own money.

Went to the bank, they said they sent all documents/products and I would get everything within two work days. One week later I call since I didn’t receive it, the employee says something went wrong and requested everything again. Next day I call to check if it went through, the employee replied that NOTHING was fixed/requested. Luckily he helped me out with making sure everything is set up now (or so I hope). Still waiting to access my own account and prohibited to wire it to another account since they have set up some policy about not being able to wire it within two weeks after requesting a new pass.

Good to know Dutch nationality has this privilege: Tried to open a ZZP business account. Uploaded all the documents and information without any warning. Then I was rejected immediately with an email. During the customer service call, they told me I cannot have a ZZP business account simply because I, as an expat, am not a DUTCH. Thank you Rabo, super nice experience.

Very bad costumer service. Go for ABN AMRO or ING for better banking services.

Worst customer service I have seen. Waiting only to find that at the end you don't open the account.

Don’t go for this bank, the have a strange system with a scanner that does not work a lot of the time
Save time and go with ING

People there don't know that European Union exists and don't honour EU identification cards as valid documents.

Dont waste your time opening a bank account here, after 15 days and i cant open a banq account because the system doesnt work properly

7 minutes waiting online and the ID verification is not working you will waste your time here

Rabobank only makes me stressed. Terrible customer service and treatment.
