Echt zeer ontevreden over de dienstverlening van Grant Thornton. Aanvankelijk voelde ik me 'Koning als klant'. Meerdere bezoeken van partners, goede aandacht en gedegen beloftes. Maar toen de samenwerkingscontracten eenmaal getekend waren, veranderde dat totaal.

Het werk werd niet gedaan. We moesten overal achteraan zitten, facturen klopten niet en tegelijkertijd werd alles in rekening gebracht.

Concreet voorbeeld: na herhaaldelijk verzoek om advies voor mijn bedrijfsauto kreeg ik eindelijk iemand te pakken die me in een kwartier uitlegde dat ik e.e.a. beter zelf uit kon zoeken. Dit kwartier stond uiteindelijk wel op de factuur!

Kortom, zeer ontevreden en ik raad iedereen van harte af met dit bedrijf zaken te doen.
