Service Apotheek Zoomwijck - Oud-Beijerland

Van de week voor het eerst mijn recept naar deze apotheek gestuurd, omdat deze vlak bij mijn werk is. De apotheek bij mij huis heeft geen afhaal automaat. Ik kreeg dezelfde dag bericht dat er een deel klaar lag en de rest in bestelling en de volgende dag dat ik het op kon halen. Super service.

Uitstekende service en een prima herhaal medicatie service die je met een afhaalcode direct kunt ontvangen of buiten via de automaat. Personeel vriendelijk, geduldig en behulpzaam.

Mooi dat de service zo goed en makkelijk gemaakt wordt, ben tevreden. Goed geholpen zo. Top

Ik vind het geen fijne apotheek, het duurt allemaal erg lang voordat je je bestelde medicatie in handen hebt 12-15 minuten wachten is meer regel dan uitzondering. Het LCD touchscreen voor je digitale nummer/afhaalcode oogt onhygiënisch en werkt vaak niet goed. Op de website staat geopend tussen 08:00 - 17:30, echter om 12:30 uur gesloten vanwege lunchpauze.

The employees work like robots (not all of course) work with arrogance, what a shame. I had a bad experience this morning with a new prescriptions from the hospital which my man got yesterday. In fact, this is simply a technical error between the hospital and pharmacy which can be resolved internally. we contacted hospitals and pharmacies many times. both parties blamed each other, the hospital felt they had written the prescription and the pharmacy felt they had not received the prescription. and no one wants to help provide a solution so that my man gets his medicine even though this is medicine for his heart. I am very sad, disappointed and stressed, feeling hopeless. How can people who need to get medicine not be able to get the medicine because of the selfishness of individuals from pharmacies and hospitals. Long story short, I went to the pharmacy because neither the hospital nor the pharmacy took the initiative to communicate. when I arriving the communication was a little tough. they firmly did not want to call the hospital for my man’s medicine. Finally I took the initiative to call the hospital using my telephone so that the pharmacy and hospital staff could communicate. End of story, after telefonisch conversation between apotheker and hospital (with my phone) my man got the medicine.

Note:Please provide an office telephone at work. It seems that the problem seems to be a lack of adequate facilities so that officers cannot call the hospital directly so the client has to come and bridge professional communication between the hospital and the pharmacy.

Herhaaldelijk gaat het mis met nabestellen van medicijnen. Vragen hierover worden niet gewaardeerd, er wordt niet geluisterd als je hierover belt en zeer lang in de wacht heb gehangen, in plaats daarvan wordt je onderbroken en behandeld als een zeur. Ongehoord hoe ik hier doorlopend te woord wordt gestaan. Het woord serviceapotheek snap ik niet.

Vandaag voor het eerst in de super mooie apotheek.
Gezellig staan wachten tot ik dacht aan de beurt te zijn.
Bleek dat ik een nummertje had moeten pakken.
Even gemist.
Toen ik dan ook zei dat ik aan de beurt was en niet de meneer achter mij kreeg ik een onvriendelijke reactie: nou mw u struikeld er bijna over
Gelukkig is dat niet gebeurt
Apotheker ik ben zo niet gewend behandeld te worden.
Jammer.
En deze dame is dan bezig een leerling op te leiden?
Bij het weggaan keer ik tot zien.
