Slechte Ervaring
Isaak Makelaar heeft huis in de verkoop staan maar wil na het uitbrengen van een bod opeens over gaan tot veilen omdat er zo veel biedingen zijn. Kennelijk hebben ze het huis veel te goedkoop op de markt gezet om een buzz te creëren. Makelaar wilde ook niet in onderhandeling gaat tot na openhuis.

Review in rental service:
I had a pathetic experience with them. Not a fair brokerage company. They will post a property with low rates just to get attention. But the final allotment will involve a lot of bidding and thus the eventual price will be a lot higher. So, do not get fooled by their low prices. More than the bidding, the actual problem is that they will not inform all participants about bidding (this happened with me), so do not expect a level playing field. There is no such rule as first-come-first-get. There is absolutely no transparency in the process and no respect for well established queueing etiquettes.

Not recommended. We bought a new house and sold our current house with this agency. At transfer day, they did everything to please the buyer and not protect us, although we paid his service.
