These guys are super quick! Made a last minute keychain @CRE8, handed in my envelope at 18:00ish yesterday and my friend already received it this morning. They weigh the envelope and tell you what to pay. I paid by card. Really easy and quick. Thank you!

Excellent drop off PostNL package point open even on weekends and evenings. Probably the only one open after 6pm

I luckily got help mailing a package to the US from the Post NL at the train station, after getting unhelpful and confusing instructions at 2 Post NL locations in Noorderpark.

It wasn’t too busy at the store. The staff were incredibly helpful in walking me through the steps which had to be done online for a US shipment, in order to generate a barcode they need to use to process the shipment. (The guy was literally helping me for 15 minutes going through the different screens on the website and explaining what information was needed, as sometimes there were messages popping up in Dutch)
He then carefully packed up my items in bubble wrap and taped up the shipper box. I could not be more pleased with the service today!

The women that helped me was so nice and assisted me with an issue that I had with a return label. Thank you!

Posted a large parcel to Australia with excellent customer service from the man in this post office. Recommend you complete the paperwork online and then just present the barcode in the store.

Been here a few times to collect my packages. No problems so far. Good and fast service in my opinion.

Hmmm, I use this place quite often and have only ever found the service to be helpful, prompt and efficient. It's immensely convenience to have a full-service post office inside Centraal that stays open late, including at weekends. Well done to the team.

Going to this place used to be a chore. Recently new staff (Stefan) gave a completely new meaning to the definition of service. Fast friendly cheerful efficient I have no words to say how great this place has become. Stefan king of Holland!

I think it is great that Central Station has a post office. Sometimes I have to return a package and since I have to past CS for work I dont have to make a detour just for that. The employees have always been very nice and helpful, so I dont get the mean posts here...

Needed new keys. Friendly and fast service. Fair price (compared to other key services in Amsterdam). One of the keys had some issues. They replaced it at no costs.

They have post.nl service point at their shop. And it's literally located in the best possible place, Centraal station. Nice staff and always open! From early morning till evening!

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. There is big variety of umbrellas and all you need for traveling .
