Dam Apotheek

As an Indonesian, I forgot that in Dutch they use "Apotheek" instead of "pharmacy." However, I found the service in this place to be good enough. I needed to buy medicine for my sore throat, and the lady there provided some suggestions. No bad experience at all.

Staff was polite and very friendly also gave some good medical advice

Extremely friendly staff. I had a bit of a stuffy nose and needed something over the counter. The staff member gave me a nasal spray and also explained how regulations defer in Netherlands and how I couldn’t get a pill. I was quickly in and quickly out and feeling better in no time!

This Apotheek is the best in Amsterdam i want to write bad reviews so people won’t come but I think of the stuff I think they deserve a thank you from one of they most terrible clients no matter how I treat them they treat me with respect and love.. I been to many apotheek this one really are nice people they take they time to help you. If the doctor make mistakes they will make you fell safe and they will help u I love all of them not once I been mistreated even I was bad in the beginning now I’m with then 9 year where ever they go I go I love the stuff….

Very helpful. Went in for cold relief and left with tablets for 2 euro..unheard of in USA!

Very good service. We needed some medicine urgently. We called and the friendly men sad that he has to check and will call back within 5 minutes. He did and also had good news. We could get the needed medicine. I really do not understand the bad reviews here. Friendly and quick service unlike many many other pharmacy’s is what you get here. Centrally located. Very good.

A small, possibly family owned apothecary, with a really helpful pharmacist who was patient and helpful when trying to assist is obtaining supplies for our friend who had fallen earlier that day. Appeared to speak at least 4 languages too and fluent and understandable too!
