VanMoof Service Hub Amsterdam West

Perfect location for those who live in the west with a fantastic set of employees who are super helpful.

Thankfully we finally got a location on the west of the city. It is located right next to Theater Amsterdam away from the rush of the roads which makes it great for test rides as well as a quieter place to wait. The location is easy to spot with the flags and all in all a relatively easy place to reach. (About 15 mins from central station by bicycle)

I liked the overall minimalist feel to this Hub. I also found this to be better than the one in the east because there was less of a crowd and more people dedicated to help out. The products are laid out well in the space. The right as soon as you enter if the drop point for repairs. There is seating there. The team also gets you something to drink if you are waiting. All in all a well structured hub with all that is needed.

This for me was too notch. Sandro who was one of the service reps there was super helpful. He heard my description of the problem, took the bike for a ride to validate and then helped to take it in to get it looked at. He then offered me some coffee while I waited and since the F1 race was going on, they even let me watch it as I waited. I love how the whole experience felt really customised and personal. I have always had a good experience with VanMoof and this takes it to another level. You guys are doing fabulous, so keep it up.

Super friendly staff. Treat them with respect and they will be motivated to do the same for you. The staff here see a ton of people each day and so being rude to them is not going to help. The staff are great and looking forward to my appointment on Oct 2nd post which I will drop in another update.

I had a positive experience with the bike repair. It took some time to schedule and get the bike back (more than week). Stuff was friendly and helpful, even they allow me to have a ride on the a5 :)))))

Wat een heerlijke fietsen, kan niet wachten tot ze uitgeleverd gaan worden!

Vriendelijke en zeer bereidwillig om mijn probleem op te lossen. Tegelijk even op een nieuwer model mogen fietsen. Ondanks de drukte gaven ze een goede uitleg over het nieuwe model en mijn reparatie. Je merkt dat ze er hard aan werken om het iedereen naar het zin te maken. Top ga zo door!!

Super service en vriendelijke medewerkers! Donderdag ochtend bleef mijn S3 in zijn versnelling hangen en werkte de belknop niet meer (te hard ingedrukt). Die ochtend een afspraak gemaakt en kon hem direct de volgende ochtend wegbrengen. Binnen 24 uur was hij klaar inclusief nieuwe versnellingen en nieuwe belknop. Zeer tevreden!

Fijne ervaring, fiets snel klaar na servicebeurt, aardig personeel. Ondanks dat ik net uit het serviceabonnement was mocht deze beurt toch nog zonder kosten. Top!

Inderdaad lang wachten, maar daar kan deze hub niet zo veel aan doen. Reparatie liep ook niet helemaal vlekkeloos, maar ik werd in service gecompenseerd.

Prima service en aanrij route met auto of OV. Vriendelijk personeel die alle tijd neemt. Ook bij onverwachte uitval van Powerbank mag de fiets hier nog wat langer aan de lader.

Beste fiets ooit ik hoef nooit naar de bike dokter plus mijn vanmoof smart x is de beste fiets waar ik op gereden heb💛🚲

Zaterdag fiets voor onderhoud weggebracht, zondag alweer mogen ophalen. Top service!

Reparatie keurig gedaan en tevens wat afstellingen, super tevreden. Altijd vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen.

Ondanks dat mijn probleem niet verholpen kon worden, kreeg ik uitstekende service van Max.
