I would like to share my experience of buying a bike from Patrick!

He took his time to show all bikes, which suits me, helped to select the Best one ( I bought fat bike super 73) as well as suitable insurance.
He took his time to explain me all details and nuances related to the bike, and helped to order all needed accessories.
I had some issues/ questions after the purchase and got the great help from Patric again.
The shop has a great location, variety of choice and team.
I would recommend this shop to all.

I bought my Tenways here almost two years ago.
Although it breaks at times, repairs are fast and efficient. I've seen the shop grow and improve significantly in the past 2 years.
Patrick is always friendly and helpful, making each visit a great experience. Highly recommend this shop for the wide choice and the good customer service.

I bought my tenways here in october, it broke quite a few times already, but welectric fixed it everytime pretty fast! special shoutout to didi to make it happen and to Jeffrey who came by my house twice already to fix my bike. great service, thanks guys!

We have purchased our Lovens Bakfiets from Welectric Amsterdam and so far have received excellent service. We were helped by Patrick who was very knowledgable about the Bakfiets range. He advised us on the most suitable spec of the bike and provided useful insights and suggestions. So far so good! We look forward to collecting our Lovens!

Bought my Tenways here. Super friendly staff - when someone broke my bicycle wheel, they helped me to send a report to the police and described in detail how to communicate it with my insurance company. I got the full reimbursement, so thank you :)

I have recently bought an electric bike from Welectric...and the service I received was outstanding.
The manager of the store Daan was exceptional in his clarity and understanding....
I had an issue ( I needed a bike with more shock absorption) and it was quickly resolved with creativity.
