Kim is a hair savior! What a lovely experience. My hair was severely damaged from the sun and she took care of it. I walked out with a new shiny head of hair. I love my cut as well, she listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. Already looking forward to my next appointment. It was very easy to book online and the salon is very clean and fun. I also opted for a scalp treatment and hair mask- which if you can treat yourself too is incredible.

I had a wonderful experience at Day and Night Hairdressers in De Pijp. I was very new to Amsterdam and wanted my hair done before a trip I was going on. I didn’t pick a specific employer to work on my hair but I am so happy my appointment ended up being with Natalia. She was so nice, polite and efficient. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she nailed it. I’ll be asking for her specifically from now on!

I had my curly hair cut and styled by Kim and she did an amazing job. She decided to cut my hair while it was dry so she could get the exact feel of it. First person to cut my hair based on its personality rather than their own agenda. She even threw in a free styling session because she needed to reschedule my appointment. I couldn't be more happy and I wish I lived in Amsterdam so I can come to her more often. Heartily recommended!

Always forgot to make reservation and have to do walk-ins at last minute on Sunday. Got a spot here and had Natalia for a haircut. She is absolutely wonderful! Very experienced and patient! Before I tell her how to deal with some tricky part of my hair, she got it done precisely already! Very amazing. And even offered practical suggestions on how to style at home in the right way. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Best haircut of my life! Seriously... Kim is absolutely incredible and a wizard with cut and colour. My first haircut with her back in August looked amazing every day for five months and now after my second haircut with her I’m convinced I won’t go anywhere else. Couldn’t recommend her or the salon more!

My experience with Kim was great! I've always had long hair and was looking for a change to short- so you can imagine that I was a little nervous. I showed her a pic and chatted with her about what I wanted. Kim took almost 12 inches off and did a spot on job! After my cut, she also styled my hair beautifully. Kim even gave me some quick and easy tips on how to style my hair at home(I told her I was terrible at that kind of thing) and gave some product for the job. Kim genuinely wants you to like the results of your haircut. She takes her time and makes you feel special. I will definitely be returning for my next cut. Thanks again Kim!

I went to Natalia for the first time in the De Pijp location for a full service (full head of highlights + toner + hair cut + blow dry) and what can I say.. I am SO happy with how it looks! Natalia was absolutely amazing! She's a good listener, very friendly and nice to have around, and most importantly a great hairdresser. She's understood immediately what I was looking for, asked additional questions and suggested adjustments based on her expertise. I felt comfortable and trusted her at all times; and she's also given me ideas on how to style my cut differently and showed me how to do it. Although I have been at Mario in the Jordaan location for the past 5 years (he is also an absolute hair wizard and I was always super happy, so also definitely a recommend for people who live closer to that location!) and I had only tried Natalia because Mario was booked out before I was going on a holiday - I think I will go back to Natalia the next time. It's closer too my home and I am equally as satisfied. Seems Day&Night have a couple of great hairdressers to choose from!

Samantha just highlighted and cut my hair beautifully! My blonde hair is very thin and fine, breaks easily and can turn orange if the colour isn’t done well, so I’m always worried trying a new hairdresser. With Samantha, there was nothing to worry about. She knew what to do, got the perfect colour and suggested a style to make my thin hair look fuller. I’m extremely happy with the outcome! I was also doing research for a book while Samantha worked on my hair, and I feel she respectfully sensed that I needed peace and quiet to concentrate. Overall, Samantha was fantastic and I hope will be my hairdresser in future. Thanks for the drinks and biscuits!

Kim is my go to person when I want my hair colored. She is a-ma-zing! She really listens to you and looks at your personal style! I was never really happy with the way other hair dressers colored my hair, but since I've been going to Kim it looks GREAT! I always get compliments and people even ask me if the platinum blonde is my natural hair color! I definitely recommend her!

Sylvia has been my beautician for close to 7 years now and I could not be more grateful to have stepped into her beauty salon back then! Sylvia is super friendly and extremely professional. Great attention to hygiene, wonderful service, many different treatments possible... There is really nothing to complain about! I've had to explore other places during her (short) maternity leave and I have never found anyone matching what she has to offer. I highly recommend Sylvia's services to everyone!

Stefanie did a great job cutting my super curly hair. Many hairdressers don't know what to do with it and I had kind of given up on my dry and frizzy hair - but she transformed it into springy, almost frizz-free curls! She also gave me great advice on how to care for my hair (recommending products that they didn't even sell). Will be back!

Tim is such a professional and skilled hair dresser. He knows how to cut your curls in the perfect shape and how to style them. He's kind, listens to what you like and very helpful. He has a great eye for detail and puts a lot of care into cutting curls. Also gave excellent advice on how to maintain my mane :). My curls were in perfect shape all day. Wil definitely come back again.

Walked in on a Thursday afternoon and Stefanie was able to fit me in within the hour. She was really great and did a fantastic job with my mess of a hair. I would definitely recommend her and the salon. The salon itself is very chic and in a great location near to many nice shops and restaurants.

I booked in with Kim for a wash, cut and dry. I came in with very long hair and asked to cut and style it into a bob. I have never had a hairdresser be able to cut into the wave of my hair the way Kim did. I did not have to ask her to thin my hair or add short and front layers as she understood my hair and the way it would sit once it was cut. I could not recommend Kim enough, I left feeling like a new person!

I had Natalia. I walked in for a consultation and she had time to actually do my hair right at that moment! She was amazing and very professional. I asked her for a balayage, but wasn't sure on the colour. She gave me great advice on how to know what colour/tone suits you (colour of eyes, colour of veins, hair colour etc) and in the end I let her choose the colour! She chose a violet light blonde and it looks so fresh and makes my blue eyes sparkle. When I need a refresh I will definitely be visiting Natalia again!

I left the salon feeling like a million bucks. My hair turned out so nice and glossy. I highly recommend this salon to anyone. My hair was done by Mario who works wonders! I couldn't be happier with the results.
