Based on what I saw and experienced myself while inside the outlet, most of the customers who wrote reviews were unreasonable because every action of the staff was based on the customer's own attitude. If you want the staff to respect the customer, speak well, give good service, the customer should respect the staff first. It's true that the customer is always right, but don't let the customer make the staff look like maids. And one more thing, please don't make unreasonable reviews. Moreover, customers have to understand if they have to line up for a long time, sometimes I see there are only two staff members. where do you have time to deal with all your hassles? pity the staff. Please understand people's situation. if you want to rush, please go to another store. If you have a brain, use it. if you want they serve you PERFECTLY go help the staff in the kitchen (LOL). last but not least, what I noticed, the express counter is not always open, customers please take note, the staff want to handle everything, they really don't have time. They only have 2 hands & 2 legs. Please give them respect. Don't think about satisfying your stomach only. Thanks.

I'm a regular here and all the workers I would say is the best. They give excellent service despite many customers at times. Kudos to them.

First time sitting in Family Mart. Raja Uda family mart is no table to sit around.

ye, shouting masa call untuk cust order number still acceptable. Tapi yang takleh brain tuh staff perempuan dia siap boleh membebel apa ntah timex2 depan customer, kadang gelakx2 macam tak ingat dunia,dengan tak pakai mask masa dekat kitchen. Yang peliknya staff lelaki dia elok je, panggil order number pun jelas(kadang kena kuat sikit sebab cust lagi kuat sembang tak ingat ada order) & siap boleh cakap sorry lagi kalau lambat sikit sebab banyak order queue, lagipun oven store have 1 only so customer kena faham.

Need to update operation hours on Google Maps. Also need to have a separate checkout counter for those who are not buying oden, as it is rather frustrating needing to queue up behind the long line of customers when you only need to buy one or two things.

Waiting time for Oden is too long and staff is ego(like we r FamilyMart, we are very special u know). eg when u ask question from counter, respond in very malas way did not give a clear instruction. Staff also acts like slowpoke and pretend did not see the long queue just standing there to play fingers..U should ask the customer if they r really wait for oden. If not, help ur colleague who is busy to prepare oden.

Everything is fine only counter service is super duper slow, haiyaa..
Customers long queue & wait long even in counter express? hope can improve it as we are now still in pandemic, people dont want to stay long and crowded la.
