Really good customer care! From my initial order, the bouquet was apparently not looking the best as it can look nicer with some extra roses. She could’ve just leave it as is but she added extra roses without additional cost ❤ Really fresh flowers and the yellow lily is so fragrant!

Very friendly boss, who is willing to wait for you to pick up the flower. It was really a big traffic jam that I was traveling from another state back to Penang to collect my flower. I mentioned to collect my flower at 6.30pm but got dragged till 7.45pm due to the jam.
