This is the biggest mall at middle of no where (Batu Ferringhi), there are potential this places getting developed in future. the mall is big, lots of stuff. For KL/south malaysia person, their "sekupang" is 10sen. I was so blur the sales girl ask for sekupang and i was like huh?

Huge supermarket with spacious parking located in quiet area. There are Mr DIY, Starbucks and Tealive near by. Some products on sale with good promotional price. Can get free membership and collect points.

As a part-time resident of Balik Pulau, this shopping mall is very convenient to get all your supplies, be it dry stuff, vegetables, fruits, and other groceries. Parking is ample and there is also Guardian pharmacy inside the mart. There is no pharmacist though, but you can get your pharmaceutical supplies.

A nice clean comfortable place to shop. The aisles are spacious and goods well displayed. Wide variety of items and reasonable pricing. Ample carparking. Friendly staff. Enjoyed shopping there

Like others supermarket. All things is a best price. Got ATM machine. Can use all type of bank card. Very big supermarket & u'll should go there.

A convenient place to get your daily stuff. Tf always had a promotion. Inside the tf, got many shoplots such celcom, guardian and etc. The parking space also big. Very helpful to balik pulau and teluk kumbar peoples since this tf nearest to them

There's wide range of household item here, and they sell those things at quite reasonable prices.

A place you'd frequent monthly at least. Foods and beverages are my go to here.

A lot of products here.always on full stock.For frozen products such as nugget,sausage etc..there are very limited option.Price wise,a bit on the high side.If the product on promotional price or discounted,most of it are the same as regular price in other big store.

Have a large vegetable section. IMO it is better than in Tesco, Giant or Sunshine.
