The best Northern style Malay zhap fan (nasi campur) you can get south of Penang International Airport. Crispy calamari rings, stringray grilled to perfection hinting at a slight wok hei taste as a result of semi burnt sambal, paired with decent sambal air asam, sambal belacan & even sambal cili + bawang kicap & a generous amount of green in the form of blanched okra & other green ulams, wash them all down with refreshing teh-o-ais. Super marvelous. And the best part? All these cost me only 11 bucks for food & another 1.50 for the teh-o-ais. Sublime!
