Fusion Butter Cake Bayan Bay

Really tasty butter cake! Must say they have lived up to their motto of being the best butter cake in Penang. We bought the butter cake and also zebra cake. Both were nearly cut and boxed up. Taste was really delicious, soft, buttery but not oily and certainly done very delicately. Goes very well with a cup of coffee! will return for more in near future.

My first time tried this butter cake , I wanted to order their banana butter cake but it sold out so I changed to matcha butter cake , it was delicious, soft texture and smells amazing.. love it .. n the way they cut the cake is so satisfying 😌😝😅. This shop only takeaway ya 😔 per this whole cake is rm 30 so it’s worth it ,, also queue 🤓

Wholesome cake shop with a decent variety of spongy sponge and butter cakes!

Cakes taste pretty nice with a fluffy texture. You can keep it for three days wrapped with so the texture doesn't morph (say, if you put it straight in the fridge). But also works great if you toast it a little so the surface is crispy!

Pricing isn't too bad either. RM21 a pop, with a loyalty card with freebies!

Fusion Bakery certainly makes the best butter cakes in Malaysia.
I have been a fan of Fusion Bakery since the very first time that I bought a cake from the bakery, since then, the butter cakes from Fusion Bakery will be on the table for many of the occasions, be it family gathering, company gathering, etc. Every now and then, whenever I feel like having butter cakes, Fusion Bakery will always be my go-to place.

Best butter cake in Malaysia! It is not like the usual dense thick butter cakes, theirs is the soft, fluffy and buttery.
All my friends/family who have tasted it liked it too.
Highly recommend the Pandan butter cake (though it seems to be available on weekend only). While it might be a bit pricey at RM21 (for pandan), I think it is definitely worth it because it really taste very nice!
