Enjoying healthy food with extraordinary flavor. Love the chicken; the meat is tender. Waiters and cashier are also very pleasant and friendly. Very fast serving, thumbs up to that. The environment is clean, except a bit oily on the table. Avoid coming at peak hours, as you might have to queue outside.

Another good place to have VARITIES of chicken 🍗🐔 special dishes and snack's on the spot with nice ambience setup of seatings for family dine in restaurant. Here is a famous dish that is peri peri chicken. And also having some hot and cool drinks . Situated on the lower ground level of queen's Bay mall .

Great lively restaurant with excellent service. Fast table service. Tasty meals with Chicken perfectly grilled.
Try the sides and desserts. These are excellent too.

QR code available on empty table for mobile ordering. The place is not crowded, just help ourselves to one empty table, grab one menu to go thru the selection as the mobile service at basement is quite bad.

Goto cashier to pay for the meal and get glasses for the bottomless drinks.

Waited 20 minutes for pita with fries and a bowl of chicken rice.

Helped ourselves with the cutlery and filling up the glass with self service ice cubes with drinks.

Additional sauce available at the cutlery trays.

The waitress and the manager are very friendly and they also recommends popular dishes to me. The food is served very quickly and yummy, and I also receive a free chocolate muffin for my birthday! Thank you Nando’s !!!

Peri peri chicken always my favourite.
Used Nando’s app to order but unable to scan table no. So need to close it and open phone camera to scan the table no, then only re-login again. They need to improve the apps on this problem.
If you want to pay at cashier, you must make payment first after send the order in the cart, else the foods won’t be prepared without payment.

Service very good! Food served in a very fast speed as well!! Will visit again!

We ordered a total of 8 main dishes and were served in a few minutes.
Their chicken breast is juicy and tender. (out of my expectation)

Their cashier and waitresses are very patient and friendly.

Ice mocha, not worth it. It tasted like Nescafé. Better order bottomless soft drinks which are also cheaper in price.

Love the ambiance here. Felt cool even though there are a lot of restaurants patrons. The staffs are so friendly. I love the ceaser salad here , it has a special crispy cheese in it

This outlet has very friendly and accomodating staff..always had great time whenever eat here..they give great service and very helpful if we have any query. They always do their best to satisfy our need, clean the table and prepare for next cust to avoid waiting line.very pleasant to go.
Today one of the staff(shout out to hafiz) go extra mile helping me to explain limitation of their menu option and providing guidance to try establish my meal order.

Peri-Peri Chicken is really good, we do enjoy it. Friendly and helpful staff, drinks are refillable.

Nice food. Mainly self service, for me, it’s good that nobody disturb and love the bottomless drink to be refilled by yourself, hassle free . 🤩🤩

There is the option of ordering and payment upfront at the counter if you are not comfortable with ordering and paying via the qr code link provided. For grilled chicken, this is just about the most tender, juicy and tasty chicken. Delicious be it chicken tenders or chicken parts. The service is prompt, efficient and courteous. The qr code menu eliminates the need for multiple hard copies. Having a proper shoplot makes this a better venue than Dave's Deli if you are the type who values some enclosure and more privacy. For drinks, Nando's serves good galao and lemon lime cooler(sugar free). The cooler is carbonated minus the sweetness of soda yet still able to capture the blended flavours of lemon and lime. You don't need soda when natural flavours taste this good! Personally Lemon and Herb sauce for my chicken is just fine. Too much chilli will only detract from the natural texture and taste of grilled chicken. For the salad, opt to eat it plain or with salad cream. The grilled vegetables are a healthy and tasty choice. If you can take plain strong coffee, order the Espresso from Nando's. It's not as bitter as standard espresso, so it tastes more balanced. I suspect they use medium roasted espresso not dark espresso.

Nandos Queensbay has a good ambience. Hafidz and team kept the place as clean and sanitised possible. Crew works hard and requested was answered promptly. Chicken could be more moist but no complains. Overall my family and I had a good experience and it was their first time to this outlet. Will definitely return again soon.

Nando's provides fried chicken with lemon and herbs, with a moderate, spicy or extra-spicy level marinated in peri-peri sauce (known as Galinha à Africana). In addition to chicken, Nando's also provides other foods such as spicy rice, french fries (with salt, or spices), pickles, roasted corn, couscous, rolls and salads. Recommended to try👍🏻
