CU Queens Waterfront

Quite famous Korean concept convenient store. A lot of packed snacks and food.

There are hot food as well like Toppoki (rice cake), Odeng and seberal fried snacks.

Also place for dine in but limited to 4 tables and stool area with microwave and hot water for ramen. Clean environment

All items are fairly priced and open quite early.

No more 24hrs closed at 11pm

Initially I like Family Mart but gradually I started to like CU as well. Food sold here taste pretty good actually but in my opinion price a bit higher too if compared to hawker food as example. But otherwise, I enjoyed visiting CU once a while and it is pretty good as a convenience store.

A great convenient store to buy Korean food. There is a wide range of Korean fast food inside, from teokbokki, grilled fish, sausage with cheese, Gimbap, beef rice, etc.
The most thing I like here is icecream. Depending on each period, they will serve different kind of icecream.
You can buy an icecream then go to the waterfront for a walk.

3歳児のためにチーズピザマンを買いました。辛くなくて食べれます。1つRM4。日本と同じくらいの値段なんて高い。

日本のアイスが沢山あるけど高い。
ソフトクリームはシングルでRM3、大きい。

おにぎりやお弁当は韓国のご飯。辛いし油っぽい。

A fat chubby malay girl at counter seems very rude👎🏻🤬. She talk like people own her Money 💰 and ask me to Queue while there is NO ONE queuing perhaps she saw ghost.😒🙄 After I realise a Chinese couple stand at side counter actually is waiting before me n same fat malay girl want them queue and wait for nothing. They told me. Then we 3 stand n wait for no reason and d fat malay girl walk out from the shop left and right left and right 🤬🤦🏻‍♀
Lastly another more proper slim girl came and attend to us.
Top management please do something to upgrade their service

食物很好吃！但是服务态度是真的差 环境也不是很干净 虽然是顾客问题 但是基本的保持清洁都没有 真的是做坏cu mart 的排面👎👎 pls improve the service

Around 11pm to 12am on the 27 March 2024 , i was hanging out inside the store with my family at CUMART QUEENS WATERFRONT . All of a sudden there's a lady customer with her friend came in with a dog inside the store . Its very rude of the customer + the staff didnt even bother to ask the customer to go out . Im not being racist , but inside the store there are muslim customer as well . Please be considerate about this matter . Its ok to wait outside but not inside .

Didnt cancle my order and i didnt get what i order. Didnt give a call or anything. Happen to me few time. Regret and feel ashame to this store. Not like others. I wish i can give 0 star.

Customer service 👎 Especially pekerja wanita yang shift closing on 21/2/23. You could explain politely to customer regarding the spicy sauce rather than raising up your voice.

Pls make sure the price on shelf and system are tally!!! The staff didnt say sorry even its their mistake
