Came here on a weekend afternoon. Be sure to call and book ahead as they have limited seatings. They also open at 3pm so avoid same day booking if possible!

3pm is a little too hot for this place as it is open air and the shade, albeit abundant, might not be sufficient in the sultry Penang sun.

When you enter, you'll immediately be able to appreciate the hard work and soul put into this place. Greeted by our name scribbled on a big leaf , this place is filled with nature's fingerprints.

The food was awesome. My favourite was the sakura pork pasta as the meat was succulent and fried to perfection! The shrimp and olive pasta was great too and they weren't really generous with the seafood.

Their Lao Hao (nutmeg) cake was superb, though some might find it a little dry. The homemade kefir was very refreshing too.

Would come back to visit this place in the evening next time when it's much cooler.

P.s. their pet dog is SOOO cute

Best place in balik Pulau to eat and chill.
Probably also the only serious place for decent coffee and decent food.

Every dish seemed to taste good reflecting some proper and serious culinary skills.

5 star cos this is the only excitement in balik Pulau. Shame it only opens at 3pm. No coffee fix till late afternoon.

A good dining place with nice ambient that is close to nature. One of the must-trys in Penang, albeit the price is slightly higher. The kefir is one of the best I have tried so far. You need to make a reservation as it's usually full on weekends and walk-in might not be possible.

The dining experience is indescribable; you need to be there to feel it!

Really enjoy everything over there. I had spent a beautiful time reading book, had a great food and kefir drink. The nutmeg cake taste very awesome, must try this everytime come by. The best time to come by is about 5pm while the place starts getting chill. For the price I would say it is reasonable and totally worth it, because I can see they put efforts on preparing every dishes and all of it are freshly done. I'm definitely appreciate that and will come again.

Great ambience, relax music, suitable to stay longer for mind relaxing. Scrumptious food servings too! Have a try on their kefir, it's natural and taste just nice!

We have been welcomed in this little paradise following a recommendation by some friends of us in KL. The surprise was huge, the food was amazing (meatballs and homemade kefir are delicious) and the owners lovely and generous.

Nada is more than just a good cafe, its an experience of the outdoor , the fresh air, the bugs and the beautiful scenery. A long drive through narrow paddy field roads will finally bring you to this lovely place. They gave their best to the food and all the food and beverages are made with careful considerations of their taste and textures. 1st to wow us is their tasty AUS potato croquettes, follow by their delicious artichoke and truffle pasta . Not to mention the meatball, a simple dish yet the meatballs are juicy and the sauce acidic and fresh garnish with fresh basil. The essence of the food lies with fresh simple ingredients complimenting each other. Nevertheless their kefir is always top notched👍. Worth mentioning that their cafe is pet friendly

The road to the farm kind of narrow and some part only allowed one car to go. Better be extra alert on where should avoid if got car coming from opposite direction especially big vehicles.
The Italian meatballs match very well with the mashed potatoes. The pasta portion really big. The carbonara got very juicy and fat pork bacon inside. I personally like the prawns and clams pasta more as the prawns are fresh and the pasta taste creamy and delicious.
The toilet is clean and chill inside. Don’t feel hot inside even outside is very hot.
The kitchen is located behind the dining area and there is a small pathway near kitchen to let you go out and explore the other side of the cafe with few bananas trees and a small longkang.
Advice not to come too early as they open the gate sharp at 3pm. Free parking available outside the gate. Beware of the biawak(lizard).

Lovely place for a quick drink and brunch. They brew their own kefir, many flavors to choose from. Friends had the tori karaage and said it was the best karaage they’ve ever had. Quote: “very power”

Nice little natural paradise to unwind and enjoy the tranquility away from the daily hustle and bustle of city life. Great for a getaway by yourself or with family; do call in advance to book though. Drinks are excellent, in particular the coffee and homemade kefir. Food is a must try as well, I recommend the meatballs and fries.

A great place to dine in especially with your furkid. The food are superb and we didn't have enough. The owner and their little owner are super accomodating and we felt welcome the moment we stepped into the place. My puppy enjoy his visit here as well and he had lots of fun with their puppy.

Be prepared to dine in hot weather. Limited seat and recommend to reserve in advance. Good service and attentive to entertain reservation even before cafe was open.

Cold keffir especially the passionfruit was refreshing, especially under the hot weather. Nice dining experience outdoor.

Limited toilet. But the gents probably need more privacy.

Seriously worth my 5 stars. The foods are amazing. All pastas are cook to perfection, al dente . It is all what you wish for a scrumptious local cook meal.

This place has the best kefir and pasta. I love the food so much, and their finger food are to die for. In addition to that, the surroundings are so calm and queit. Best time to come on a weekend. After a meal, you can make a short walk (further down) which brings you to a pier for sunset view.

Traveling to the “back” of the island today surprisingly opened for us this hidden gem. Beautiful cafe with cozy and relaxing environment. The kids had great fun at the playground with the mud 🙂 The hosts are very welcoming. Our family enjoyed the food&drinks (especially refreshing nutmeg kefir). Definitely will stop by again during our next visit to Balik Pulau.

Friendly staff, although the foods took us some time, but overall still a cheerful experience for family. Nice ambience. Appreciate the setting. Drinks is highly recommended.

Nice little hideout in Balik Pulau but the price is a bit on the high side.
