This is such a great place. Coffee is always good. Fresh, whole grain bread with lots of spreads. Large menu of top quality, creative dishes. Service is always friendly and efficient . Love to watch how the kitchen and front of house work so well together. It always looks like they are enjoying their day at work.

The restaurant was fantastic. Fast, friendly service. They originally seated us inside but when a beach view table became available, they offered to move us without us asking. The food was good and fresh. I’d eat here again for sure.

We had lunch at this restaurant. We mistook their closing hours and arrived just 5 minutes before their advertised closing time but they would still let us order which was very kind of them. Efficient staff, awesome sandwiches and I absolutely loved the banana milkshake and their house water which is infused with mint (not just with a single mint leaf but with actual mint chopped up and mixed in with the water - so refreshing. Clean bathroom too. Definitely recommended.

This place gets very busy for brunch. We only got the guac but everyone’s food looked good and fresh. Looks good for waffles if you’re in the mood. Looking to go back if we can

We did not stay at the posada but did visit the restaurant almost every day during our stay in San Agustinillo. Its a cute spot with an amazing view.

The service is very welcoming, Elvis is a bright guy with great customer service skills. The food is amazing and the portions are great for the price! I recommend to get the chipoquiles, my favorite!

Don’t forget to try the sweet bread they offer, the chocolate filled croissants is so crunchy and soft at the same time.

Popular spot for breakfast & lunch- for good reason! Best service in town, quick, efficient and friendly. They moved my partner and I to a much better ocean view seat to squeeze a larger group in whom had been waiting. Food was awesome, waffles were rich and flavorful & my chilaquiles were a work of art and great portion. Staff here seems happy and full of laughs, good vibe, great food.

They have great breakfast menu. The service is friendly and well organized. The fruits are very nice. But the sweet waffle was not sweet at all, they should add more sugar. I recommend to go there.

Thank you to Rosa and her team for such a welcoming experience to Oaxaca and San Agustinillo. Accommodations include a small kitchen, seating inside and outside on the terrace, full bed, AC and bathroom. When you order breakfast from the restaurant, they bring it right up to your terrace. Ooohh and the breakfast was divine!

Immerse yourself into the local cuisine by experiencing dishes made with love and passion for food. High quality ingredients, well executed dishes, but most importantly, great customer service make this place an amazing breakfast spot.

I tried the waffle filled with cheese and toppled with avocado and pico. To that I added a couple of eggs just for fun and it was amazing!

A must in the area!

Absolutely amazing breakfast. I suspect the owner is usually around - they were so welcoming and the service was impeccable (something we haven’t noticed in other restaurants!). We may make this a daily stop now. Plenty of gluten-free options and helpful staff. Delicious!

Great food spot in San Agustinillo, overlooking the ocean. Excellent sandwiches, juices and good coffee. Friendly staff, good busy vibes. One of my favourite food spots in town :)

We ate here 3 mornings in a row trying various things off the breakfast menu. It felt like a nice homely place with a sea view.

Great place! They have gluten-free waffles that are super yummy. Decaffeinated coffee with vegan milk, beautiful ocean view and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

Absolute favorite place in San Agustillo & Mazunte. I would crave their waffles when I was hungover. Go with a friend and split one savory one sweet.. fresh juices were delicious. Their black coffee was also good (not a fan of their cappuccinos). The staff were so friendly and would help me with my Spanish lessons.
