Our family has been vacationing at "La Princessa" since the late 90s and it's really become a loved vacationing destination since then. The condos are well equipped, allowing you to cook fresh, homemade meals (there's also a restaurant on premises, if you prefer that route); the rooms are nice and cozy; the beach (depending on which building you're staying at) is almost literally right below your balcony; and the city center, with it's fresh fish market, great restaurants, and boat tours, is only a 15 minute drive away. Parking lots are very safe - never had any worries about leaving the car there for multiple days without checking up on it. Same goes for the part of the beach that's the hotel's territory - their security doesn't allow the walking vendors to pass a certain line, so that they don't bother those trying to just rest under the sun/shade. There's a Jacuzzi and 3 pools, one of which is heated, which is a nice commodity when visiting in the spring/fall.

Very clean place. The pools are perfect, not too deep. Prices are reasonable and the place is not super crowded. It's a low key place, not filled with drunk people. Perfect for families or if you like to enjoy your vacation on your own pace. The beaches are very clean. I've stayed here year after year for the last 5 years.

I've stayed at the Princesa countless times over the last 3 years. Because it has so many amenities conveniently located within its grounds, it's been difficult to even consider staying elsewhere. The on-site restaurant has delicious food and it is open the whole day.

The resort is gated and you can only get in if you're staying in one of the apartments. The grounds are impeccable. Every morning and evening you can see the staff cleaning pathways, the pools, taking care of the garden areas, etc. There are multiple security personnel walking around the resort and making sure everything is in order.

You're just a few feet from what it feels like a private beach. They have lounge chairs available for guests which is super nice. All in all, it's a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Peñasco.

Beautiful place, bar at one of the pools out of 3 pools at the location. They also have a small restaurant that seemed to be always busy bit we tried one of the BBQ burgers and it was delicious. The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice and roomy. Of course each room is different due to each individual owner.

We Loved it we didn't wanna leave. The condominiums were well equipped specially the kitchen. The laundry room had things the kids used for the pool and chairs we used for the beach. The pools were always clean and warm water. I don't know if they were heated but water was always warm at night. The only thing was the washer wasn't working the days we were there. They send maintenance a couple of times but never got it working. But we didn't care had a great time, can't wait to go back.

The room we stayed in was gorgeous and the view was absolutely amazing. The staff were wonderful. They took complete care of us. The window on my car fell off the tracks, we mentioned it and they had someone come to help to try and fix it. Above and beyond with service. The Cantina was awesome as well. Good food, great drinks, fantastic service.

What an amazing stay that we had. How can you beat weather in the 70°s and water right out your doorstep. Resort has 3 pools with 1 heated and a huge hot tub with nice area in front of sea to relax and watch people go by. Very convenient to have a restaurant on the grounds. Collins serves great food and to my surprise has a nice selection of craft beer.

Awesome location!! Great value right on the beach! Gym is a little outdated but you can workout or do a run on the beach 😁 there are a dozen palapas that are a hot item on the weekend unless you save yours with towels before 8 am. Grounds are very well kept, very clean and security on property non stop!!

The staff is pretty strict about the wristbands, I understand why they do it, but if you have family staying at another hotel it makes it really hard to meet up. Otherwise the place was beautiful. Grounds were well kept. And amazing views

nice. view of the ocean. 2br. 2 bath. kitchen, w/d. quiet. i always stayed in the old port hotels. i will be staying here now on. it is only about $30 a night more for a much better place to stay. safer, more sq feet, better views, better parking. so nice to have a full kitchen. living & dinning room table.. and a patio balcony.
$90 a day & $40 cleaning fee. 3 days 270+40=310

Great location, family oriented beach fun under secure facilities. Very nice on location restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, an on location store for essentials, and multiple pools in a large grass and flower center courtyard all leading to the Sandy beach! Watercraft rides can be had right on the beach there. And the complex is centrally located between town and the Cholla Bay community and waterfront just to the west. Plus, one of Rocky Point's best beach bars is located close by in Wrecked At The Reef. Great resort!

I setup a group of 19 to all stay at la Princesa. While the weather was a bit cooler in January, the resort was amazing. It's also very close to other resort bars/restaurants. The resort cantina is a bit smaller, but the food, service, and atmosphere is outstanding. If you have never been to Rocky Point, this is a great resort to stay at. We loved our time there.

Went to the Princess with some friends. The place was wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained. Their beach was immaculate. Someone on their team racked the top portion near the cabanas every morning, I hated to be the first person to walk through it and mess it up.

It is a really nice place. I rented and enjoyed 5 amazing days within a really short walk to the beach. Everything is really clean and kept in very good condition. There is three big pools, a hot tub, and a volley ball court. Overall i would seruosly reccomend coming here

The Princesa is a hidden gem in Rocky Point! There are 3 large pools, hot tub and a very large beachfront area to enjoy the waves or the sun! The staff that with there are great and very helpful! This is a great place to take your family or to grab some friends for an adult weekend. There is a bar/restaurant on site and others within walking distance or a short drive from the resort.

Beautiful resort. We have stayed at many resorts on sandy beach and princesa is by far more comfortable. Closer to the beach so we don't have to walk so far to get to the beach. I highly recommend this resort. And highly reccomend Casago. They are on site and have housekeeping, maintenance and front desk employees speak english and great customer service all around. Best part is Collins cantina in the resort has great food and drinks.

Very relaxing and beautiful beaches for the view. Has three pools and all 3 are well maintained. Has a bar which has very good food. Rooms are nice and clean and have working air conditioners.

This is our second time staying at Princesa. The location is wonderful, just feet from the beach. The on site restaurant has good food and drinks. Both condos we stayed in are excellent. They have all the amenities of home. Can't wait to come back next year.

First and foremost let me say this I purchased the anniversary package I don't know the employee who did it they went over and beyond and I thank you for that ... Overall great property ocean front 3 pools Collins Grill was great only issues I had was my stove was working properly other than that We loved our stay

It's our 2nd year coming here for our family summer vacation. We just love it rooms are very clean the staff are friendly. Love that the beach is right in front of the resort and doesn't require a long walk to the beach.
