This place is definitely off the beaten path but worth it. We weren’t able to do any of the adventure activities this day, but enjoyed food at the restaurant and playing in the water near the waterfall. Beautiful views. Home to where Predator the movie, was filmed.

We went here on their city tour and had a wonderful time, they were very friendly and accommodating. The driver helped my wife (who has knee problems and walks with either a cane or a walker) on and off the bus and our guild, Daniel, made us feel very comfortable like we were old friends. We had a wonderful day and would do it again in a heart beat. Definitely a destination for any Predator fans.

Amazing little area! Rocks were slippery (so be careful) but it was amazingly beautiful. Nice little restaurants for snacks and drinks while you explore El Eden.

Went with my family, My older daughters and I went zip lining while the wife stayed at the restaurant with the youngest. The zip lines were great and the kids enjoyed flying over the trees. Very little hiking up to each line, and was told the food was good.

My experience was probably much more magical the most as I visited about 30 years ago. It was full of animals; from monkeys, Toucans, lots of parrots and even an anteater. Best of all it was quiet, still unknown and very few people. I think much of its real magic has been ruined by hammocks and zip lines and too many people. People ruin things and have no respect for nature which is apparent today.

Getting to the destination is a rocking ride. Dirt road is pretty rough. It's best to take one of the tours. There's no phone reception. Taxis only provide one way service.

Always a great place to get out of the heat and relax in the natural beauty of puerto vallarta! The river is so fresh and restorative and run by great people. Thanks so much

This place felt like paradise, honestly, first we're greeted by a wonderful staff and given a little tour of the place, then we went ahead and did the zip lining, and this has become my best zip lining experience! There's 10 lines and they were breath taking and beautiful.

After that we took a little swim in the river, which was perfect right after the zip lining in the hot weather, the water felt so clean and fresh, perfect picture moments. Plus the waterfall and cave was amazing. My suggestion is to go as early as you can because it gets really hot towards noon and it gets more crowded.

Loved the experience and hope to do this again if I ever am back in Puerto Vallarta!

We had a great trip to El Eden. My entire family was able to zipline and enjoy the experience. The kids had a great time though some fear in the process. So fun. Worth the wait for a bus ride up to the place. Daytime adventure and food only. Closes up in the 4-5pm range.

It's a really nice spot. We had a great time but be aware that the trip to the falls is hard. From left to right of the river from time to time. There is a combination of rocks and dirt trails. If you know how yo read a trail without signs you'll be ok. You can always follow a local but they are quick and they won't stop for you. It is a beautiful place if you reach the top fall that has a bottomless pond. But you can always swim along the river to cool down or just to relax.

Well worth the trek up the dirt road. Family had a great time on the zip lines. Food was good and. Not too mention... Predator!

I fulfilled a longtime desire visiting El Eden just outside of Puerto Vallarta where some of the all-time best ever action movie "Predator" 1987 with Arnold Schwarzenegger was filmed. Great experience. You do want a half decent vehicle to get out here as the road can be a little rough.

This was a Zipline tour. This place was beautiful and amazing but tiring. They do have restrooms and food once you've arrived. Fair warning you still have to go up more flights of stairs up in the mountains aside from the bumpy dirt road up to the jungle. Side note this is were they filmed 'The Predetor'....

Such a cool place. Zip-line is so fun. Staff are absolutely amazing.

Careful jumping into that pool at the end, the heat and the cold water can give you a shock. Especially if the water levels are high, the current is very strong.

It is kind of a hidden place but it was worth it. The place is so beautiful and relaxing. They had a restaurant, zip-lines for kids and adults. Hammocks are over the river and your can enjoy the little water falls that surround the place.

Every visit gets better. The new owner is constantly making improvements and additions. New, 15 zip lines that rival any other zip attraction around Vallarta. Back and forth through the jungle and above the river! It will be awesome. The entire park is clean, well maintained and beautiful. No matter how crowded they may be on any day, you will locate a special spot all by yourself if that is desired.
Swim/slide off boulders into water, listen to birds sing as the river rushes next to you. Take a riverfront nap in hammocks! A new large grassy area with chase lounges await you, right next to the waterfall! It is gorgeous and peaceful. A new adult area has been created! Lush foliage, large grassy area, great area to get in the river too. A spectacular view of the Predator Helicopter is close and easy to see and photograph. even though the copter is on another property.
Hike up the trail, following the river the entire way is awesome. We found several sandy areas at the rivers edge to enjoy, then swam in the swimming holes.
Great drinks and the restaurant menu has many options to choose from with very reasonable pricing. A gracious and friendly staff is there to assist you.
Don't be fooled by high priced guided tours to a decades old and run down tourist spot that is crowded, expensive and overrated.
Try EdenVa Natural Park to appreciate the beautiful area of El Eden.

"El Eden" is not a tourist attraction. El Eden is the mountainous area above Mismaloya where EdenVa is located.
The road ends at EdenVa. Enjoy your visit!
