My husband and I booked this place because of all the super star reviews it received and it absolutely lives up to it all. The hotel is literally on the ocean and the views from the rooms are top tier. Each room has a spacious patio with hammocks and chairs. The restaurant below is decent and the view from there is also spectacular. Our room was a bit older but I really didn’t care. Paid for the view and the ability of being steps from the beach! I recommend this place for sure and would stay there again.

You want a quiet place where all you hear are the waves breaking on the beach? You found it. I had an incredible king-size bed, a lovely shower, ac, balcony, hammock, I mean... what more do you need?

I love this place. The staff is incredibly helpful while also being laid back. One of two hotels right on the beach in mazunte.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach with amazing view from our balcony. Our room had AC, a tv, a fridge, and shower had hot water. The host Tania was friendly and arranged a taxi for us. Cleaned daily. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend it!

Pictures can’t begin to do this place justice. The location is stunning, situated with direct beach access but also elevated enough to provide sweeping views of the beach. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. We loved our stay and would gladly return!

The terrace of this hotel is the best place in Mazunte. There’s always a nice breeze to cool down, it has a great view over the ocean and beach and stairs that lead directly to the beach. The hotel is great as well. Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, warm water for those who want it, big beds and screens in the windows to keep the room free of insects. Everything is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! I was here 8 weeks long many years ago and 6 weeks now. I love this place!

This is one of the best places to stay with an amazing view of the beach. Stayed in the King Size Bedroom with Balcony and was very affordable. Room had one of the best views of the ocean, hot water, no AC but they did provide a large portable fan and a ceiling fan. Provides all your needs with direct access to the beach. Food is great and staff are awesome. Will stay here again. Great value for the money.

An absolute gem of a place. Stunning ocean views from your hammock on the terrace, 1 minute to the beach, tasty and filling breakfasts. All for a very reasonable price especially compared to what you'd pay for this on the Caribbean side. I could have spent another few days here easily, just doing very little.

Fantastic little Inn right at the beach with amazing views. Cannot understand other reviewers claiming that there were just fans, mosquitos etc. — we had a super clean room, AC, lights and plugs at each side of the bed (as some might care even if on holidays). It’s a family-run hotel and they are all very nice. Highly recommended.

Killer views over Mazunte Bay and beach. The larger rooms are very spacious and the smaller ones are comfortable too. Food is superb. Service is so helpful. Fantastic people. Thoroughly recommended. Try to get room 4

Loved to stay here for a couple of days! Our room was spacious and the view incredible! The location couldn't be any better. The restaurant was really good, too, albeit a little more expensive than the restaurants on the beach. But it certainly had one of the nicest views in Mazunte. Staff was very nice and helpful. Cannot wait to come back!

Amazing view of the beach from our room. Restaurant downstairs also has an amazing view of the beach. Room was super clean, tidy. Couldn’t fault the place at all

This is the best place to stay we stay in a room view to the beach no ac in this room but was nice all day and at night it was very comfortable to sleep. We will come back to this place staff very friendly also they have rooms with ac and tv we didn’t have tv in the room but we love it because we came to relax. Highly recommended
