Ate here twice on my trip, absolutely delicious both times. Chilaquiles plate was big enough to share and my cappuccino was very smooth.

Small but cozy restaurant with excellent food at very reasonable prices. We ate breakfast here 3 days in a row and had dinner too. The chicken soup is fresh and delicious. The fresh squeeze OJ is so refreshing. Staff is friendly. It was an easy walk from the city center. Highly recommend.

Very cozy nice atmosphere with delicious, fresh tasting food. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with red sauce and the server was kind enough to substitute the beans to rice for me. Loved the additional green and red sauce placed on the table as well. Excellent location for lunch.

I was here 2 years ago, this is a great place. Food is delicious and consistent and servers are sweet and friendly. The queso fundido I definitely remember from last time. It's delicious. I had a spicy margarita tonight, so good! Great place!

Best lemonade I had so far in Mexico. A perfect balance of sweat and sour. Chicken soup with rice was very refreshing. Fajitas plate is a great material for diy tacos.

Excellent place in San Miguel de Allende downtown, if you are looking for tasty and well served Mexican traditional food this is the place you neet to go.

We had de arrachera steak and enmoladas with a guacamalole as entry great food and the clamato michelada was delicious!

I have been coming to this restaurant for nearly 20 years. The staff are friendly. I love their green enchiladas, but you really can’t go wrong with anything off the menu. It’s a great place to visit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The best chilaquiles I’ve had, seriously!

I’m from Mexico City and I can tell you I had a great Mexican breakfast. Hot chocolate which tasted like Chocolate Abuelita, Chilaquiles El Correo with different sauces and a 100% natural orange/carrott juice.

They didn’t have “pan dulce” though, so we had toasted croissants with butter and jelly which were delicious.

Prices were accessible for every budget.

Would I return to this place?
Absolutely!

Found this place by chance and glad I did. Fantastic dinner with mushroom soup followed by a roast potato ham and cheese salad. Great service too.

This restaurant is connected to Hotel El Meson and both places are highly rated by local. The service and food are the best in San Miguel de Allende.

Great food! Friendly and helpful waiter. Small and quaint seating area. Our group had a variety of foods from appetizers to entrées. The food was awesome and very hot (temperature). Definitely a local favorite!

Spent 4 days in SMA and this is by far our best experience. The food was delicious, we enjoyed all the dishes. This restaurant is strongly recommended.
