Abarrotes Morín

I agree with the reviews concerning how clean this grocery store is. I think one of the reasons is because this grocery store doesn't have fresh fruits or vegetables. It does have milk, yogurt, beer, colas, bottled water (mineral and natural) and a small processed meat and cheese section (in the back). It also offers hand-made fruit popsicles for about $0.75 USD, which come in handy on a warm day. Oh, it also accepts credit cards, which is a big bonus in my book.

This immaculate store was started by Don Fidel Morin, founder and organizing sponsor of the 1,000-horse procession St. Martin of Tours - San Martin Caballero at the end of September in San Miguel de Allende.

Don Fidel Morin was like a father figure to the neighbourhood for many years of his life. He once explained to a customer that he had four daughters and decided to leave ranching in order to set up a business that would be a more convenient business for his girls to carry on in life.
They have almost everything in stock and the store runs like clockwork. No need to go to the big stores!

I agree. Their breadth of products goes well beyond any other similar store (most who are much smaller in size) in SMA.
