Hotel Real de Minas

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the staff. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. My husband lost his phone in San Miguel and someone went to return it to the hotel, unfortunately we were already back home but the hotel kindly shipped it to us. Ruben from
Concierge is also very attentive.
Definitely staying there again.

Gorgeous hotel at entrance of San Miguel Allende coming from the direction of Celaya. San Miguel shoe store and convenience store at entrance, lovely lounge and work area,exquisite blue green pool, and bathrooms stocked with Vervain lemon verbena soap and lotion.

Rooms are nice and clean, we were able to have an extra bed rolled in and i paid extra for my dog. But its pet "friendly"...in quotes because you have to take your dog to the street to walk him and always in a leash or carrier. Its walkable (16minutes) to where the parroquia of San Miguel is.. but pretty much you can find restaurants, coffee shops, shops..etc very close by

I live down the block from the hotel. We had the writers conference here. It has lovely grounds, and a pool. Location is perfect, off of sterling Dickinson so eateries, local spots, art instituto, organic stores and shops, are right there, and you can walk up to the Central, center part of SMA. At night you have paprika, a popular eatery and music venue spot. 5 or 6 blocks down the Ancha, the main road to El Centro, the center of town. On the Ancha, 2 doors from the hotel is Mercado Sano, Sat market, organic foods and shops. So the hotel is perfectly located for walking, taking a taxi, or a local bus.

This was my first time staying here. I used to live in SMA, and it was great being back in the city where my love affair with Mexico began. The grounds are very well kept, the staff are amazingly accommodating and our room was clean and very comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked the gardens and felt private. The location is perfect for visitors. The walk to the Jardin and La Parroquia is only about 10 minutes, although it will probably take longer because of all the intriguing shops you will pass by. I will definitely stay here again.

Since you arrived the staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance from downtown and also quick cheap taxi if don't want to walk. Clean and functional rooms rather big. Not a single complaint but only compliments. They even took care of our luggage and truck while we visited town after checking out and before actually leaving San Miguel. Will comeback for sure.

Excellent hotel, located at just 15 minutes walking from the main garden/church of San Miguel de Allende. Rooms are good, looks like they were just renewed. Swimming pool is fine and they have a great lobby and facilities. Gym is small with a few static bikes and some weights and trend mills.

In San Miguel is hard to get a parking, and this hotel has plenty, so you won't have problems with that.

Top three things about this hotel/ convention center: #1: The service. All the workers here, whether it be the reception staff, the ones who clean your room, or the servers in the restaurant or pool always make sure to keep your best interest in mind. You will be stunned by how they treat guests. they are so attentive to your needs at all times and provide the absolute BEST service ever. #2 The location. this place is so close to the center of the city. You can take the bus outside the hotel, crossing the street (route #10) that drops you directly off at the center of the city. SOOOOOO convenient. this hotel is near so many near restaurants directly next too or in front, or down the street and also it's located in an extremely safe area, you can walk outside at midnight and feel safe. and #3 the BREAKFAST BUFFET. and i cannot stress this enough! Eat breakfast ( at least once) at this buffet. You will not regret it. There's literally any option you can think of! they make your omelette in front of you with whatever and any ingredients you want!!! So many juices, cereals, fruits, and pastries to choose from! Trust me on this one guys... it's worth it.

The Hotel was awesome, the rooms are comfortables and the pool has warm water!! All the people in the hotel were nice and helpful. Booking there was easily and fast. We will return very soon!

The experience my family and I had was really good thanks to the service provided by the hotel's staff during our stay. The hotel is beautiful inside out and its buffet service is a great option for breakfast.

Very nice hotel with plenty space for 3 guests per room. Good view that parking lot is connected to the hotel and very secure. In this trip I visited 3 hotels and real de minas is the best so far.

This is a fun, clean Hotel. The customer service is excellent, they have a lovely pool, room snd pool service and, when and if you come to San Miguel de Allende, stay here!

Great atmosphere. In love with the facilities and the design of the structures. Will probably come back here.

Hotel with a "Hacienda Colonial " style, with a historical background : in the land were it is built Don Miguel Hidalgo (Mexican independence leader), it has a pool, great gardens, a lake, a small "Plaza de Toros " and excellent restaurant .

Great hotel. A bit dated in its facade but the staff is fantastic and the hotel room was clean and comfortable.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It's comfortable, attractive, and well priced.

Very nice decor. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great. Beds were very comfortable. Close to downtown.

Best hotel in San Miguel de Allende so sar, great customer service, the only down side was that i couldn’t find the elevator, i was on the second floor and i walked all the way around and didnt find an elevator, they offer valet parking and the parking is pretty big

The property is walking distance to downtown. The rooms are good size, clean and the towels are soft.

It was a beautiful hotel that provided great looks, excellent service, and a nice comfort in their rooms.
