Absolutely gorgeous, very clean, great place to bring kids. They have a restaurant and you are able to buy beer on the property( you can not bring in alcoholic beverages). You may bring snacks and drinks.

Amazing place for the whole family. The place was very clean and everything was beautifully landscaped. You can bring your coolers with all your food and drinks. They have several BBQ stations there that are first come first serve.

We loved Xote! Came with three kids ages 10, 8, and 4. Very clean, lots of green space, wonderful attractions for everyone. Plus, you can bring your own food and drink (except alcohol). We felt very secure. Food in the restaurant was also good, as we did not plan ahead. Next time we would make it a picnic.

Love it, perfect for family getaway if your on vacation near by, just be prepared with your own food and water shoes.

Beautiful Waterpark, I went during the week and it was so relaxing beneath the trees

Loved the visit. Went on a Monday and there were very few people. Reasonably priced. Kids really enjoyed the water slides. Water park was very clean with several pools to choose from. Temperatures vary from pool to pool though there's no pool that's quite hot-tub hot. All in all a fun way to spend a day while visiting San Miguel de Allende.

We had a great day. Kids loved it and we were there for 7 hours. Sun was hot and we burnt a bit before we realised ... be warned. Our fault though. We will go back again before we return home.
Food selection not vast but okay and reasonable for this sort of place. Shop has swimming items and ice-creams. Toilets and showers slightly better than average for the area/type of location.

Beautifully maintained grounds, clean pools, great bathrooms, showers and toilets.

Great for families, very good structure, warm water, small restaurant (fast food), and a small market where you can buy basic stuff, like beverages, cookies, coal. You can also bring your own food (only glass is not allowed). Camping is also allowed, with extra cost.

Very fun place! Clean and beautiful well kept grounds. A perfect place to take the kids for some fun during a visit to San Miguel de Allende!

This s a great swimming park. I went there with my sister, her grandson, my son and grandson. Everyone had a wonderful time. There are many slides, picnic tables, lovely lawns, and beautiful plants.

Very nice place to swim and slide. They have over 3 big pools and has 2 different water play areas for small kids with slides.

I really loved it there the red slide was scary in the White one was slow my favorites like there was the big blue one I wish I could go on the green slide but I didint but before I was leaving it was raining the showers had no hot water in them i’m gonna really miss it
