Pine Hill Resort

A lovely place at a very nice location. Rooms here are spacious and very well appointed. Spa service is excellent. Food is very tasty. Staff is responsive, helping and courteous. Surroundings are nice, great for an evening stroll. The parties just outside the bar and dining area can be a bit noisy at times. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The staff was very helpful. There is at least one English speaking staff who can communicate with you. The breakfast is excellent. It's a buffet. Menu changes every day. Food is not rich at all. The surrounding is serene. Kalaw market is 25 minutes walking. The Kalaw tower is 10 minutes and the train station is 15 minutes..A cave pagoda is nearby. Cars a bit expensive from the hotel but can be arranged. Airport pickup can be arranged at extra cost. The resort has a souvenir corner attached to the reception. There are fireplaces in the reception area and in the bar. The dining room serving breakfast is warm and comfortable. Bungalows are a bit chilly unless you turn on the AC at 30 by Celsius..The landscaping, garden, lawn are well maintained. Ample car parking space available. Hot water is available in the washroom 24 hours. In addition to the electric kettle, the bungalow is provided with a 1 litre capacity flask that keeps water warm for more than 24 hours. Venetian blinds keep the room warm.

a very nice place. It is a good place to be relaxed and we are fully satisfied about it. It has very nice room facilities although the prices are not expensive. The rooms are wide and nice. Hot swamming pool is attractive. We are also happy about the taste of food there including breakfast. Since our first inquiry, their sale manager Ms. Mya Thawdar answered and helped us very nicely and arranged everything to be fine. Their staffs are also helpful and provided very good service. To visit and stay there, we would like to fully recommend that you can get something better than what you have to pay.

This hotel is a little gem on the top of a peaceful hill in beautiful Kalaw. We had a wonderful time there and I am longing to go back to Kalaw and stay at the Pine Hill Resort again one day!

Their service is good. Staffs are really nice. I like their buffet breakfast. There is heated swimming pool for winter months. All in all, it is worth the money.

Romantic Getaway: lovely staff, cozy ambience, chillin' breeze, full-equiped facilities (fitness center, swimming pool, bicycle, restaurant, meeting room). In short, entirely worth to stay.
