The staff was really helpful ! I wanted to buy the jacket but the store did not accept cash, the staff was flexible and allowed me to use her credit card.

We arrived at 8:45, just wanting to take a quick look and purchase immediately if we find something suitable.
Staff did not let us in and said they’re closed already.
The store hours stated close at 9pm

Le staff (2 jeunes hommes) était très désagréable alors qu’il n’y a personne dans le magasin. Pas un sourire, pas un merci, limite ça les dérangeait qu’on achète ! Si la marque ne plaisait pas autant à ma fille, je n’aurai rien acheté. Je suis très déçue qu’une marque puisse avoir des employés aussi condescendant avec des clients. Aucune volonté de nous servir.

The staff (two young men) were extremely unpleasant, even though the store was empty. Not a single smile, no thank you, it almost seemed like they were bothered by us making a purchase! If my daughter wasn’t so fond of the brand, I wouldn’t have bought anything. I’m shocked that a brand can have such condescending employees towards customers. They showed no willingness to serve us
