Shinsegae Department Store Main Store

This has to be one of the best and luxurious mall I been to, 12 floors of shopping and all you need in one place, if you can’t find what your wardrobe needs here, then this is the place to shop for new wardrobe.

A wide variety of luxury brands to shop at in this department store. There is also a wide variety of food, especially at the restaurants and food market at the basement.

Also, there are also beautiful Christmas lights and a beautiful Christmas presentation on the LCD screen outside the mall.

There is a wide variety of high-end shops. One of the nicest department stores that I have been to in Korea. The staff at most of the stores were really nice. If you are in the area, I would recommend checking this place out. Lots of cute places for taking photos.

This is a food court which I have found by accident when we are looking for restroom in the area. Plenty of options for food at a comfortable "upper end" food court by the look of it. I saw Thai cuisine food court as well as Vietnamese Pho as well but since you are in Korea maybe stick with the local cuisine instead 😅.

Thinking about christmas illumination in 2017 was amazing. It was before the snow fell the day after this photo was taken.

What a shopping mall. All or mostly high end product that I cant even afford it, hahahaha. But we still went in to look around, stroll around to look at the mall. What a beautiful mall. Gorgeous. So nice to go and check out. Nearby Namdaemun market, so this is a stop before that market exploration.

Every year every big department store seem to be in very tight competition to get the best Christmas look. I didn't manage to see myself last year decor but this year is also amazing. They start the light screen from 5 pm to 10.30 pm and they have been lighting myeongdong since 19th November!! The nearest exit is Hoehyeon underground shopping mall exit 1 or exit 2. The light goes for about 3 minutes and if you are patient you can get car free view for a few pics. Amazing view! So many people always seen here, so there is safety fence and stand by guard who always goes back and fourth.

Very classy, clean shopping experience. Staff at the duty free levels can speak English, Mandarin well and were very courteous. Toilets were the cleanest I've seen in Seoul, outside of the hotel room. Decent deals of you are a tourist, getting the tax free and membership discounts.

When you get hungry after 3 hrs of shopping. Best spot to rest your legs and get great Chinese.

Must visit this shopping mall, my favorite was the foods court, everything looked and taste amazing!!!

The food court on level B1 is among the best.

A good alternative to this food court is the Lotte department store food court. Difficult to say which is definitely better.

This department store was amazing! Such nice, upscale products and friendly and helpful staff. My mom and I each bought new tennis shoes.

High end luxury retail shop with all the brand names you’d expect. It’s worth a stroll if you’re in the area. In between Myeongdong and Seoul Tower.

Lots of options for shopping with brands across sunglasses, beauty, men’s and women’s high fashion, luxury, sports and a basement w a supermarket and, food restaurants at the upper floor
