The best Kakao Friends store. 2 floors are covered with numerous souvenirs. They even have a knotted cafe on the 3rd floor.

The Kakao Friends store at Gangnam Station has less diverse products than the Kakao Friends Pangyo Agit store I visited a few days ago.
Still, as befits a store located in a popular tourist spot of Gangnam Station, they have many diverse Kakao Friends goods, and the display in the store was nicely decorated.
Since this store is located in a famous tourist spot in Seoul, there were many foreign customers in the store.
After I picked out the items I needed, I was about to pay at the cashier, and the clerk asked me if I had a foreign nationality and I said yes.
The clerk said that if I have my passport now, the VAT (tax) can be deducted immediately, so I could purchase the product with the VAT refunded immediately by presenting my passport.
If any of the people reading my review have a foreign nationality other than the Korean nationality, please take your passport and get a VAT refund right away when you shop the Kakao Friends store in Korea.

Kakao Friends paradise! You can scan item QR codes and then pick up your items on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor now has a Knotted Cafe!

Such a cute store! With a Cafe Knotted upstairs (best donuts ever!!) It's actually a great place to go with a friend. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well! I've already gone twice. 😅

I love kakao friends and there are a lot of cute stuff. There is also knotted cafe located on the top floor. I wish there were baseball caps with friends

Very nice shop for the lovers of kakaofriends. And a good bar upstairs with a terace and nice view of the street.

The coffee is OK, the donuts and waffle are quite yummy. And the price even be that kind of shope is not extremely expensive.

It is a store that has all kinds of accessories with the characters of Kakao, personally I like that it is a building with many levels and is separated by kitchen items, office, etc. It is neat and the people who work there are very kind. There are also many sculptures of the characters and you can take thousands of photos! They have to visit it.

How can you ever walk away w/o buying anything here!?!?!? Kakao Brands not only creates cute characters but also sell some pricy stationeries. They also have cafe in flagship store with food you love.

Every time I come back to Seoul, this is the place I have to visit.

KaKao Friends Gangnam Flagship Store

If you are near this place, and even if you are not a big fan of merchandise items, this is worth to visit and you can see how brand symbols are creating fans. All service and on a piece of table napkin there is something you can find.

For all your kakao addiction and ryan needs :) the café on top is cute but taste of food kinda meh~ the merchandise however is well-stocked and neatly place. You can easily find stuff around. Difference between this and the others: you can take photos with all the characters, enlarged!

Cute merchandise and characters. The cafe on the 3rd floor has good ice cream and comfortable seats if you are waiting for others.
