Mr. Ha Neul Je was so accommodating and very patient with all my inquiries. He explains details that he thinks I will understand.
As for someone who is not from Korea, i really appreciate his gesture. And he speaks very very good English.

Went to this Samsung outlet and purchased a S24+. Experience was outstanding. Ha Neul attended to me was patient, friendly and very helpful. It helped even more that he spoke English fluently. 10/10 would recommend.

Store located right next to the subway in Hongdae, very convenient. Staff was really nice (spoke very well English) and efficient. Tax refund scheme for foreigners is available. Would recommend if you want to buy cheaper Samsung phones than in Europe

We had a pleasant experience at the store today. Ha Neul Je helped us tremendously, he spoke perfect English, first of all, and went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. He was very clear in explaining everything and had an answer for every question we had. Also helped with finding a sold out item and ordering it for us. All in all was a very pleasant experience and I'm very satisfied

I purchased Samsung Galaxy S23+. I order it for pick up in the Hongik store. I received the phone very quickly, I was surprised. The staff was really nice and helpful, I'd orde here again :)

I went this afternoon to get information about a Samsung S23 ultra before deciding to buy it or not and I had the nicest welcoming service by a young amicable attendant who spoke English very well, knew perfectly his subject, replied to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this store.

Neat place to check out! I like marketing, so even though I wasn't interested in some of their products it was really cool to see how they setup their immersive experiences and consumer's shopping experience.
