K-Guesthouse Myeongdong 1

Handy for transport etc .Near shopping area, all night convince stores nearby .
Restaurant in the building , does one signature dish , true Korean food .Well worth trying ,
Needs a little update, don't be put off , if you Miss it you'll regret it .

Overall it was a very good stay for 3 nights in K-guesthouse Myeongdong 1. I had stayed in some other guesthouses in Korea and this is my best pick, another K-guesthouse in Nampodong, Busan is also very good.
Location: 400m to exit 5 of Myeongdong station, 500m to airport bus stop, walking distance to Namdaemun market, Myeongdong shopping street and Namsan tower. Many cafes and eateries around.
Room: I booked an economy double room. The room is bigger than other rooms I'd stayed at other guesthouse brands at same price range in Seoul. The bathroom is also bigger.
Service: the managers are very nice and helpful, they replied my email quickly and answered anything before my stay. There is a phone at receptionist desk to call them free anytime you need. No water bottles in room but free drinking water dispenser in common area. Luggage storage service is free on check-in and check-out days.

Only con here is no elevator and narrow stairs but the manager will carry all luggage for you if you ask for.

Manager was very kind answering my inquiries even when we were not checked in yet.

Place/room is clean. Heck, even the pantry looks brand new. Overlooks N Seoul Tower.

Guest house even has a rooftop.

Drinking water is also provided everyone, as well as coffee and tea. They even have a box full of crackers to consume.

I was not disappointed with my stay here.

5mins walking distance from myeong dong station exit 5. Near to shopping street and many food places around. Room is big enough to open up two medium sized luggages. Pretty shag to transport luggage up the stairs.

The room that I stayed in was great. Clean room, clean sheets, nice pillows and comfortable bed. There is also a TV in the room and air conditioning. Plus, there is also a great strong Wifi access. My stay here was worth it. Breakfast was also free but you have to prepare your own in the common kitchen located in the 1st Floor of K Guesthouse. I give it a 5 out of 5 since my stay was great and I had not encountered any problems.

Rooms are not really big but there’s everything you’ll need (hairdryer, TV, fridge, shampoo, towels, bedsheets and so on, and you don’t have to share a bathroom. The room was clean.

Service was great, both administrators are friendly and helpful! They solved problem for 5 min.

Location can’t be better, 5 min from subway and it’s located directly in Myeondong shopping street area. Districtis totally safe, I was back at 01:00 and I didn’t see any drunk, crazy people or homeless drug addicted.

Very comfortable to stay. I stayed for 3 nights. It's located in Myeongdong. So I can come to myeongdong street anytime~ 😆 so clean, warm (in the winter it really helps), the room is tiny but tidy. I like being here. Close to myeongdong exit 5 and close to bus station (that also can go to incheon airport with ₩15k fare)

The best guesthouse I ever stayed in Seoul. The guesthouse is located between Namdaemun and Myeondong. Its very easy to go to both places. Turn right and walk 2 mins and you can find Namdaemun Market. Turn left and walk 2 mins and u can find Myeondong.

The only downside is they dont have elevator. I stayed at the 4th floor and have to use staircase. However, KGuesthouse Myeongdong 4 do have elevator. Check them out ;)

Very nice location! Only 44$ usd night. City center everything you need around nice for couple nice

Very friendly staff and willing to help. Clean and tidy rooms and common kitchen, very well maintained. Rooms are small though.

Best accomodation in seoul! Worth the price and 3mins from myeongdong station. Worth every penny.

พนักงานใจดีมาก ให้คำแนะนำทุกอย่าง โลเคชั่นคือสะดวกที่สุดใกล้สถานีเมียงดงสุดๆเดินไม่กี่ก้าวเอง ราคาก็ไม่แพงตามสไตล์เกสเฮ้าท์ มีพื้นที่ส่วนรวมให้ได้นั่งทานอาหารด้วย วิวมองเห็นโซลทาวเวอร์ด้วย การเช็คอิน/เช็คเอ้าท์ ถ้าไม่เจอพนักงานก็สามารถทำได้ด้วยตนเอง (พนักงานวางคีย์การ์ดไว้ให้)

明洞車站五號出口步行5分鐘左右就到了，老闆人很好也很親切，讓語言不通的我們也不會感到緊張，下次有機會再去韓國還會再想回去住，自己帶的轉接頭剛好有問題，老闆也大方的借我們，每天早上都還免費提供吐司可以自己抹果醬、還有牛奶可以喝！剛到的時候老闆還幫忙提行李超貼心的～很棒！

位於明洞旁，交通便利，有廚房.洗衣機，非常適合背包客或自助旅行，重點是退房後還可寄放行李。
