It had a really good view. Otherwise, the restaurant was closed while we were there, so can't offer any opinions about that.

One of the best views if any rest stops. Use the restroom upstairs inside the coffee shop. Great coffee too.

A beautiful ocean view from the rest area. They sell snacks. Try stone grilled fried squid!!

fantastic donghae(korean eastern sea) sea shore scenic view, there is coffee shop at 2nd floor.
