Nice and clean branch of the Korean Woori Bank.
I came here to transfer some money from my existing Woori bank account to my account abroad.
When you enter, a staff member helps you to pick the correct waiting number. Also due to covid a temperature and vaccination check is necessary.
I waited about 45 minutes for my turn, even though there was just one waiting number in front of me. After 30 minutes I was offered a beverage, which was nice. The process of the money transfer took another 1,5 hours. I was there a total of two hours for one bank transfer. So take your time when you go. They close already at 3:30pm.
The staff was nice and friendly, they spoke broken English, but well enough to get by. To speak korean would have maybe accelerated this process.
