Waryong Park

Peaceful, cozy, and queit place to hike. Not many people so that you can fully enjoy hiking. The place is not known. However, this park has Korean old and traditional rampart. It is in the middle of the mountain. Feeling fresh.

Perfect for a small walk with a nice scenery. We went with a group of 5 people back then and went up from the west-side and walked down along the wall south-east. From above you have a great view. Toilets, outside fitness tools and a air-blowing station for the dust on your shoes is available. As far as I remember you can also drive uphill with a bus if you don't like to walk. Perfect place to take some nice photos and just to enjoy yourself as this place doesn't have many people visiting.

After going down again I recommend stepping by at cozy coffee Byeoldalbam to rest a bit.

What a walk ! We did two gates and it took us 3h. It has ups and downs and very nice areas to stop. The place is very clean and very enjoyable. There is music playing in the background. Make sure you take your passport because they might ask for it. You also have to go before 3pm.
The total walk is 18km !

Recently opened to public, this is a hidden gem of central seoul, offering a spectacular view of seoul.

This place good for easy hiking in Seoul. You can enjoy the view of Seoul day and night. Especially at night, beautiful view of city wall with light also enjoy the view of Seoul. if the weather is clear you can see Seoul tower.

This is one of the best hidden lookout in Seoul. You will be awesomely rewarded with the breathtaking view at Malbawi lookout after about 20-30 minutes of hike and climbing

A good place to visit for an uphill walk and decent views. The base is surrounded by lot of traditional homes and shops.

세계 어디에 내놔도 손색없는 자랑스러운 우리의 문화유산인 한양도성의 혜화문에서 숙정문 가는 길에 위치한 공원

주차할 곳은 마땅치 않고 대중교통(안국역 2번 출구 또는 종각역 3-1번 출구에서 초록색 마을버스 종로-02를 타고 종점 정거장인 성대후문 와룡공원 에서 하차하여 산 정상 방향으로 5분 정도 올라가면 나옴)이용이 더 나을듯

성북동을 둘러보기 좋은, 저 아래에서부터 성벽을 따라 걸어 올라와야 그 참맛을 느낄 수 있는 곳.

한양도성 구간중 북악산진입로 쪽 구간 시작점이라
많이 궁금했는데 막상 와보니 공기좋고 조용한 곳이더군요^^
예전 Tv예능에 잠시 나왔던 장소이기도 하고, 서울 살면서 아직 못와본곳이라 더더욱 궁금했던 곳입니다^^
아직 산꼭대기 마을 느낌이 있고, 아직 60년대말
분위기도 남아있는 그야말로 산동네 모습도
있습니다. 지하철3호선 안국역에 내려 마을버스
2번 종점인 성균관대학교후문 회차정류장에 내리면
바로 와룡공원에 도착합니다~
야경도 은근 낭만적이구요, 탁트인 시야가
제법 좋은 산동네근처에 있는 공원입니다~
조금 더 지나가면 삼청공원도 근처에 있습니다^^
연인들 데이트 코스기도 합니다~

출근전 와룡공원에서 가벼운 운동기구를 몸좀 풀고 숙정문 경유, 삼청공원으로 내려오는 코스가 좋아서 오늘 아침 한번 더 이동합니다.
