This place is extraordinary. Andre the host has been extremely helpful. He is easy going, knowledgeable and really friendly. When the taxi dropped me off at a weird spot he came immediately to find me and help me get to the hanok. The bedding was soo comfortable. I bag the best night's sleep. Air conditioning was quiet and I had a remote to adjust it to whatever I wanted. My room was spotless and clean and I had huge towels to take my shower with (not the little towels you normally get in Korea). I cannot recommend this place any higher. If you're thinking about it just do it. You won't regret it. :)

Really cute place with a very reasonable price. The bathrooms are clean and each room has a separate bathroom for privacy.
The food Andre makes it spectacular, he does a really amazing job. He even gives a history lesson about the country and how long it has been around, this guy is super intelligent and well spoken.

If you need to know about the city, he knows a lot of good places to go, eat and other. He is a very caring person and I hope one day I can stay with him again.

Andre is a superhost extraordinaire! He taught us about Korea in such a short time and oriented us for our 2 1/2 day stay in Korea. We had a lovely time following his suggestions and were so comfortable in his lovely hanok and quiet neighborhood. Like others have said, the location was picturesque and perfect!

I couldn't recommend this place more. Andre is an excellent host and the breakfasts are amazing. If you're looking for a hotel with a plush bed and large bathroom, then this isn't your place. But if you want a welcoming environment, someone who actually cares about you and your vacation, and a small magical hanok, then this is your place.

This is my first time at South Korea and live in a Hanok traditional Korean house. Very interesting.. The floor from the wood is warm .. The room is clean and The host so kind, helpful and he make the breakfast for us..Of course it is a healthy food (salad, chicken bulgogi, miso soup, pickles, and fruit) and very delicious. Lets try this hospitality and it is a great experience.

Excellent Hanok located in the Bukchon area and within walking distance to the palaces and many other attractions. The host Mr. Andre is a great person and very friendly.

Traditional, cosy and very clean. The cost is kind, open and fluent in English.
Perfectly located in old city center. Highly recommend to book the breakfast which the host prepares himself (about 10 dollars)

Awesome host, very friendly and helpful. Even though we stayed one night only he took the time to explain the neighborhood and give recommendations of where to go.

Perfecto! Casa muy bien cuidada, con todo lo necesario toallas, jabones..y baño privado. Muy limpio y el dueño Andre es muy amable y simpático! Lo mejor es que al llegar te explica la historia de la zona! Si quieres vivir una experiencia auténtica tienes que dormir aquí.

창으로 들어오는 바람이 시원하고 창밖으로 보는 막힘이 없는 풍광이 좋아요. 바로 옆이 관광명소인데도 숙소는 조용합니다. 방과 화장실 등은 티없이 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다.

사장님이 해주시는 동네 이야기도 좋고 객실도 좋습니다 다만 주차 불가
