For foreign corporations, please avoid this bank branch with all cost…the attitude toward the customer is very rude and impolite. If you have good things to say about this branch, most likely you don’t have much transaction or is a large client. For small to midsize, please avoid if possible. I think every time I visited this branch, my day seems to go down south…은행업무를 많이 하지만 이렇게 최악의 서비스인 은행 지점은 처음입니다. 기업창구에 계신분들 태도가 말도 아니고…정말 누가 고객인지…정말 이 은행이랑 거래를 해야하면 차장님과 하세요..대리님들은 정말 최악이었습니다. 외화도 다 빼고 은행 거래를 바꿨습니다.

이곳 저곳으로 문의자를 넘기는 등 직원의 교육,자질 부족으로 인해 고객이 큰 불편을 느꼈습니다.귀국하면 타 은행으로 이전 하려 합니다.
