Namsan Guesthouse

Stayed here for 5 nights! Loved everything about it except for the uphill walk every night. The staffs were very friendly and kind, Jihee even helped us book our taxis to Seoul Station while Park helped us bring our luggages to the room!

They provide bread and cup noodles at the common space located at B1 floor. The rooftop's view is to die for as you can get clear view of Namsan Tower and also Namsan Cable Car.

Totally recommended, it's also nearby exit 3 Myeongdong Station too! There's also GS25 in front.

The hostel is nice and clean. We booked a twin room for our stay last week and it was decent and actually more spacious compared to other cheap hotels in Seoul. The owner is also kind and accommodating. Location is a bit uphill though but still accessible and a few mins walk away from bus and subway stations. Overall great place to stay!

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in. I stayed in the dorm room. Each bed was supplied with a huge locker that could fit an entire suitcase in, the beds had a table inside and lights, everything was clean, there was a full kitchen and fridges with free breakfast, there was a lift and luggage storage. There was a rooftop area with a great view and was about a 5minute walk from the shopping area in myeongdong. I would definitely stay again

The place has a very welcoming feel to it. The host was very nice and helpful whenever we asked him questions. Our room was clean and so was the washroom. We stayed for about a week and never had any problems. My favorite part was the heated floors as that's not very common.

The workers are very kind and make sure you are comfortable. One of the workers showed me where I would be staying and carried my bags for me. The price is also extremely cheap for the location. Myeongdong is about a 5 minute walk and you could also easily access N Seoul Tower from here.

nice place for us whose are came from Malaysia. Clean and comfortable. Very safe to stay here. We would come here again if we go to Korea once again in the future.

Near to myeongdong station exit 4. Near to myeongdong street. Just across the road. Clean Guesthouse. Safe because lock after 11pm. Need pin number to enter. Free breakfast from 7am-11am. Free hanbok experience. Clean dorm with free shampoo and shower. Hair dryer at toilet free to use. Rooftop view is Namsan Tower. Very nice.

Very central location. very reasonable price. The staff very friendly. I was arrived in Seoul early morning, and stay in namsan gil house in myeongdong. As its name, this is very close to namsan cable car. Myeongdong? Just across the street. Namdaeumun market? Just 10 minutes walking distance. Seoul station? just 10-15 minutes by cab around won 3000. (I stayed here in late 2016)

Place is very convenient. Its near the Myeongdong station and an airport limousine stop. Myongdong shopping street is also very near by and tons of shopping and food is easily accessible within 5 mins of walking. Namsan is also walkable from here. Maybe 10 to 15 mins of uphill walk to the cable car or you can choose to walk all the way up the mountain through hike trails.

Staff can speak fluent english and they are very approachable. Also they offer free breakfast and wifi. You may also ask for some discount in your room especially if you are staying many nights. Sometimes they also give their guests a "Korean barbeque treat". The guesthouse is near the famous Namsan Tower, Myeongdong Street Food area, Namdaemun Market and also to two famous malls in Korea where you can buy authentic items.

Accommodating staff. Free breakfast.. Accessible to city center. Uphill but it is fine, you get to exercise going there. There is a nearby 24 hour convenient store

Love this hostel. Staff was very kind and friendly. Great location not far from Seoul N tower / Myeongdong Market.

It was a very cozy and comfortable place to stay in and is conveniently located in the center..we would love to be back here again soon..there is a convenience store nearby and the namsan cable car is a few meters walk away.

The staffs were friendly. The room was smelling nice and comfortable. It's close to the station but in the quiet environment.

Neat and clean. Hostel very comfortable. You have to bring your own slippers and toothbrush/paste though.
